I’m super sad that Clarisonic was discontinued. It was my skin care regimen must have. However, I’ve still got my Clarisonic and it seems to be working well I guess I can buy a Clarisonic on the black market when I need another one?
Thank you
I’m so confused by the Clarisonic devices and I have literally been hanging at your site for two days now trying to figure things out. Question: if I don’t have my phone here, let’s say it on repair, will the mia smart still recognize the brush heads and work properly? If I’m in the shower with Mia smart, I want to do a pore cleansing and then switch to a relaxing massage, do I have to go out and find my phone dripping wet, searching all over the house to change the settings? Do you have to stick to already planned cleaning rituals or could I suddenly switch to whatever brush head I want without having a phone available?
I see all over internet that 90% of the people who purchased the mia smart can’t get the app to work, it want communicate with the device, it crashes etc (even after they say they fixed the problem), so if the app isn’t working, what are you left with in the mia smart that can be used? I see a lot of questions about this on the internet and so far no one has answered.
I do so want the brush heads specifically made for mia smart, but if I need to have to be latched on to my phone at all times, it’s a big no for me. Can you please clarify this?
Another question. I’m looking to buy devices from you for over 600£ in total. I live in Norway. When I’ve put everything in my basket at your online store, and there’s no chipping costs on the big devices, why do I suddenly have to pay 5-6 £ in shipping for one single brush head? It’s kind of weird actually and extremely expensive.
Third and final question: What do I do if the Clarisonic or the Nuface I’m planning to buy stops working in three weeks? Do I have to pay for shipping back to Currentbody or the Clarisonic/Nuface to get it fixed? (A cost of 30-40£) We have laws and rules for consumers in Norway that I know very well, but I’ve got no clue how the consumer laws in the UK are and I would like to know how much it will cost me if I get a faulty device.
Hello,
I am sorry to hear you find this so confusing but lets try and clear a few things up for you:
1. If you do not have your phone, this is fine you can use the Mia Smart without the app - you can just change the brush head and the Smart will know which head has been attached.
2. You can change whatever you want, whenever you want - add in and delete routines, change brush heads as your skin changes or if you want to try out some new things!
3. We can help troubleshoot any app issues and we have a ‘how to guide’ to help you with the process too. We have a dedicated Customer Service team to help you with any concerns you have throughout your Clarisonic journey.
4. Our site offers free shipping for orders over £60 but we do have offers from time to time with brush heads, I would suggest stocking up if you would like to save on shipping fees.
5. We offer free returns for faulty items within 3 months with returns centres in the UK, France and Germany too, so if you have any issues at all we cannot solve remotely your device would need to come back to us but we make this as easy as possible for you.
If you have any further questions at all do not hesitate to email me, at heather.t@currentbody.com.
dunno if anyone cares but if you are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on Instaflixxer. Been watching with my gf lately xD
@Milan Ahmad yea, I have been using InstaFlixxer for since november myself =)
Would you provide the link to purchase this item?
What you prefer? If I would like to have one what should I get? Thanks
It depends what you are looking to get out of the device really! If it's your first step into facial cleansing, the Mia Prima offers a great solution for everyday cleansing and making it a part of your routine. If you're looking to take your current skincare routine up a notch, the Mia Smart offers so many more routines and attachments that you can really personalise your experience with cleansing, exfoliation and firming massage. If you have any other questions, our team would be more than happy to help you choose the right one for you on sales@currentbody.com
Will the Mia Prima fit inside the Mia Smart stand? I know it won't charge it, but will it fit?
christina no hun
Hi Christina, I've just tried this out for you. Technically, yes Mia Prima does fit in the stand for Mia Smart and as you rightly said, it won't charge it. It did take a few goes to get the balance correct. Hope this helps. Thanks, Rachel
Does the Smart scrub better than the Prima?
Hi Cheryl, none of the Clarisonic devices are designed to 'scrub' in fact, the standard heads don't exfoliate though many people believe they do. All the cleansing heads will cleanse your skin 6 times better than using your hands alone but if you want a really thorough cleanse, you might like to try the deep pore brush head which has dual directional bristles to provide additional stimulation.
Is the mia prima waterproof??
Hi Vera,
I can confirm that the Mia Prima is completely waterproof and is safe to be used in the shower.
Thanks,
Amy

Do I have to use the technology part or set up the Mia Smart? I really dont want to do that
Cheryl Macari if you don’t want to do the technology you’d be better off getting the prima. I’m pretty sure there isn’t much difference
@@jacelynjimenez591 Thanks for helping here. There is quite a lot of difference with the Smart but you are quite correct, if you don't want tech and like simpilicity, Mia Prima is a great choice. It has just one button so it is really easy to use but you can't use the anti-ageing attachments or exfoliation attachments with it so if that is what Cheryl needs, she would be better with the Smart.
Hi Cheryl, the app is really simple to use and helps you track your progress along with a lot of extra features such as brush head replacement tracking and personalised programs. If you want to use the massage head, eye massager and exfoliator, you need the Mia Smart. If you are looking for simplicity, then the Mia Prima with no app, standard Radiance head and ability to use the foundation head will suit you perfectly. The devices have been designed to meet your needs depending on your personal preferences.
Let us know if you have more questions.
I heard this breaks often I just bought one so Ill register it to get the 2 year warranty in order to return it to clarisonic if it breaks
Thank you for your message. From our experience over years of being an official Clarisonic retailer, we haven't had this feedback from our own customers. However, we do offer a 2 year warranty on all devices and also lifetime customer support if you do happen to encounter any issues with your device after purchasing. Please feel free to contact our team on sales@currentbody.com if you have any other questions about this product. Thanks, JM
Mia Prima is totaly waterproof?
Hi - yes it is! Although if submerged completely in water for a prolonged period of time may cause leakage. Heather
