do you think ob6 is good enough for this weapon. also if you were to pick 1 cloud weapon vs yuffie mdef up weapon, which one you like better

OB6 is good enough for sure, OB10 is nice but not mandatory at all to clear content.
It would depend on you account, I would suggest Cloud to more casuals to beginner players and Yuffie for people with a fully built account (or if missing Kamura)
