That is 100% the demon from postal 1. You can tell not just from the eyes, but also when the dude walks away the demon's hat turns into a helmet, like the one we saw in one of the loading screens from postal 1

Or simply the fact that the guy with the hat gets red eyes, magical demon wings outta nowhere and flies off with a sinister sound that reminds me of postal 1. I believe it's the demon dude

i like how this game has a different ending if you go pacifist but doesnt completely change it up like postal 3
same but to be honest the endings are the least of P3's problems

honestly that feels more like a problem because even if you hate postal 3's endings atleast they provide something different with postal 4 its just dude gets his trailer back but in one its actually intresting and the other its what the pacifist route player would do which is paying for what they want
"The Demon" is just going through The Dude multiverses, scouting out potential Dudes to possess and commit atrocities with. The ones that fail his expectations, (pacifist) are left alone and even rewarded while those that succeed are prime possession targets.

Wait wait, wouldn't that mean that postal 1 actually comes after postal 4? I mean, there is a doghouse near the starting area, and assuming it's champ... maybe after the death of champ (rip), the Dude really snaps?
@@mateodevin It seems more likely that everything past Postal 1 happens inside the Dude's head in his cell, which would explain why everything is so bizarre, almost like a fever dream.

I think Brain Damaged is him putting a close to those urges. The Other Dude he kills at the end of that game is the Demon, who I also would like to believe is also Dude Sr (aka Dude from Postal 1)
I hope this means the old storyline is coming back. I always thought it was cooler. Edgy, yes, but much cooler than "accidental polymorphy followed by heavily implied zoophilia accompanied with cat sex noises."
I personally think they're trying to hint about the two storylines being connected (also considering the Redux hard mode ending showing us two Dude's)
I think postal 1 thematic is very very interesting and the developers should have another try at it

I think a good compromise is keep the jokey tone if you do pacifist but edge lord it up if you go into combat

@Kanny OR, new thought, P2 and P4 are the prelude to postal 1, hence the scary looking eye, the sounds, the mystery man, and some other stuff. I may be wrong though.
@Louis Bloom Dude Sr. quotes the loading screen for the Air Force Base, but that's pretty much the only hint that I can think of
@Kanny There have been hints about them being connected for a while, another one I can think of is that in Redux one of the two people standing near the grave on the hard mode ending really looks like the Postal Dude

An awfully schizoid, eerie and depressing experience like playing postal 1 again is smthn I'd love.
Considering the whiplash between literally every game in the series, a sudden nosedive into pure edge and dread again isn't out of the question.

When it's wings sprout, it uses the same confirmation sounds as the Postal 1 menus underneath the other SFX.
If they wanted us to be clear that it's the same damn demon, they've made it pretty obvious.
That mystery man is like a combo of the Gman and The Outsider. The Gman likes people who prove themselves resourceful and capable of getting through near impossible situations. Meanwhile, The Outsider likes it when he sees someone who gets things done without leaving a mountain of bodies in their wake.
You know who else likes when you don't leave a mountain of bodies in your wake? That's right it's William Shatner from TekWar.
Every time I get a comment like "g-man in postal??????" I think back to this comment thanks for actually being original and mentioning someone other than the funny half-life man.
Also yeah I also get reminded of the outsider, the outsider grants powers to those who he finds interesting, kinda like how here the shady man found you interesting enough to give you your trailer back

Gonna be honest, I actually prefer Corey Cruise as the dude in postal 4 rather than Rick Hunter. Seeing as postal dude is a little older in this game, his voice would probably sound a bit different and Corey Cruise's voice kinda fits it.

I had to check that again and apparently the mystery guy resembles very close if not accurate with the person on the image on the temporomandibular grind soundtrack on youtube
Theory: The demon who was controlling the dude's father from postal 1 is probably about to control his son (postal 2/4 dude). This might mean that the dude might end up the same fate his father had. Going postal, killing a bunch of people, ending up in an asylum, and being buried at his own funeral with nobody to mourn for him. Unless he might finally defeat the demon or something.
I'd love to see the series nosedive into a darker tone again tbh
We may have already seen the beginning of this battle for control in postal: brain damaged. With the Rick Hunter dude at the end representing the demon. At the end of the battle he states that no matter how many times the dude kills him, he always comes back stronger.
I like how positive he thinks even though he went a lot of crap he still remains positive. I don't know anything about this character and the other postal games but this is my favourite so far.
Imagine postal 2, and 4 is prequels...
And that "guardian angel" is the demon that possesses postal dude in postal 1....

Everyone says that hes The Demon but i truly think that might actually be his guardian angel rewarding him for his good works and mercy. As The Dude accepts his car and trailer from The Angel, i believe the eyes and that silhouette from the elementary school level would be The Demon noticing The Dude taking steps towards God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

There are some theories going around but all we know for sure is that he's scamming the Dude basically every day in the end of day cutscene and the Dude doesn't realize until friday.
@@Botul3 Only time will tell, but we know this this fellow is supernatural being, angel or demon, it's creepy either way. I've heard the G-man comparison so he may even have an ulterior motive. Why Dude is in middle of this we don't know,it's very intriguing and up to speculation, but I hope this Chekhov's gun will shoot and be more OP than Sawn-off from Postal 2.

Corey Cruise is the friend of Rick Hunter (postal 2 dude) he voiced dude in postal 3 and will voice him in brain damaged ,in postal 4 you can choose him as the voice for Dude along with John s Johns and Rick Hunter
