The greyish color on the right hand side of the tiger should have been extended to look as it is on the left.The picture can only be recognized as being manipulated by Photoshop only though that.Just a comment to help.

Well, you seem to be starting in the right place. There are countless tutorials on UA-cam to learn PS. Also if you watch this guy he can seem a little fast so just go into UA-cam settings and turn the speed down to .5. It is easier to see what he is doing that way.
