It is truly timeless! He has shown how to achieve true wealth by seeking real assets such as rental real estate, gold, silver, and Bitcoin. The cash flow tables in the book helped me understand the differences between the rich and the poor, and the middle class. (Although there are a few points I don't agree with him about stocks vs bonds)

    The most important thing is to realize the truth that health cannot be bought with money, and everything doctors are taught are lies to create more customers for the pharma corporations.
    I have two uncles, both in their 70s.
    One is a rich businessman but a regular visitor to the hospitals and strictly follows the lifestyle and food habits instructed by the doctors, along with eating all the medicines doctors prescribe.
    The second one is a middle-class retired government employee. He never consults any doctor and follows a very healthy lifestyle; eat mostly organic fruits and vegetables from his own small farm, and never consume refined oils and sugar.
    The first uncle is extremely sick and is living a painful and sleepless life, while the second uncle is very healthy, active, and never gets sick.
    Most important is to not trust the medical advice by the government and doctors; not trusting the government and banks on money management comes second.
    What is the use of having billions if you are not healthy?
    I am in my 40s, and I would trade my half million in my bank account if God transformed me into my 20-year self. No money is worth the health.
    I am sure even the Warren Buffet would trade his 100 billion USD if he had an option to gain a young and healthier body.

    In 2009, I read the book of rich dad about silver and gold, so I bought around 20K dollars of silver bars, but it drops 50% after 2years, and the price kept low about 10years. In these period I bought another 10K of silver bars and little coins for averaging my buying cost. The result is I missed a lot of investment opportunities.
    What I want to say is, even silver and gold is good asset, you should have enough knowledge to understand the current price is valuable or not, do many investigation, and start invest a little money on that, otherwise you will lose "money" for a long time. Just like me, the price now that worth in my silver is higher than the money that I paid, but it is really disappointed in my 15years hold period.
    THE REAL ASSET I UNDERSTAND NOW IS YOUR BRAIN, YOUR KNOWLEDGE, only own that you can get rich, keep learning, keep investigating and keep practicing.

  • @brentlorrilliere6057
    @brentlorrilliere6057 22 хвилини тому

    My opinion, while yes the money printing has increased the nominal value of precious metals, there have been large swings in the valuations of these assets through out the last 50 years. I am not sure if most people would be able to hold through those periods of volatility without crapping their pants. In 1978, silver traded at ~$4.50 per ounce. By the end of 1979, it spiked to $34, but then went back under $4 by 1982. So essentially, if you bought somewhere in the 24's (not even the high), you lost a significant amount of money. Silver did not get back over $24 until 2010 when it spiked above $40 but yet again and returned back under $13. So, if Robert held all that time, he was paying for insurance, and carrying the risk of the metal never recovering to its original price on a hunch that more dollar's would be printed. Honestly, he is likely going to die penniless, and having to record these "shocking" videos at his advanced age just comes off as desperate for attention.

      Silver is currently below $30.
      With the devaluation of currency this price will rise nominally, along with the price of every other fixed asset.
      Rich Dad basically teaches that Instead of purchasing McDonald’s, alcohol, or whatever other liability’s you spend money on, put a small amount into hard assets that will appreciate in value.
      This will allow you to generate wealth. Wealth generated over prolonged periods of time increases the likelihood of people becoming rich.

      How much are you willing to pay to get ALL your questions answered? Nobody that knows how to get rich is going to share the information out of the kindness of their heart. There are a million ways to become rich. Aside from me the people who know will NEVER tell you. But you want it for free right? It won't happen. Why are you asking pointless questions in the comment section? Because you don't realize NOBODY in the comment section aside from me knows the answers to your questions. I taught myself to fix cars, I bought a truck for $750, bought $250 in parts and sold the truck for $1,500 profit in 1 week. If you have a driveway you could do the same thing. Do you really think you are doing Christ the Lord's work by belittling and speaking about people the way you do? The Word says that it is better for a poor man who walks in integrity, than a rich man who is perverse and froward in his ways. The greatest thing is to walk in love, to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly before the Lord. The rich can give all they own, including knowledge, but if it's not done in and out of love then it sounds like clanging symbols and literally counts as nothing. I for one hear clanging symbols, and would rather be rich in wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and humility rather than rich in worldly goods and think I was above someone who was poor by the world's standard.

      If being poor or rich gets in the way of your worship -- then it's a sin.
      Scripture reveals to me personally that one of the best ways to build Heaven on Earth, is with wealth -- if you have the physical capability to acquire wealth.
      Read the scripture story about the Parable Of The Talents. I personally don't want to be responsible for the gnashing of teeth.
      Matthew 25 9-30
      9 ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

      Fake money is a result of monetary easing when the Federal Reserve prints money without backing of real assets like gold, silver, oil etc…
      That results in eventual inflation so your paper dollar become virtually worthless over time…

    The dollar is worthless but let me compare this metal to the price of the worthless dollar? If you really thought the dollar had no value you wouldn't compare something that you think has value (in this case silver) to something that has no value. Its like saying "this turd has no value, but if i have 35 turds i can by one of these coins that has value"

    • @reillyliner
      @reillyliner 7 годин тому +1

      He’s comparing it to explain why people are beginning to hurt so badly. The dollar has decreased 98% in value since 1971. That is a verifiable fact to easily be found with search engine research.
      Money is a tool. Assets are wealth. The money is being washed out in value by mass printing by the federal reserve. So if you save in dollars rather than using it as a tool, you will become poor. But if you limit what you convert to dollars to the minimum which you need and save in bitcoin, silver, stocks and other rare assets, you will likely become rich.

      You are poor because of the way you think.
      You are also rich because of the way you think.

      So, whatever you can do to improve your thinking quality is a great investment into your life.

      bitcoin is an asset, just not the tangible kind you are comfortable with. its good to hold gold, silver, and your house, but I really havent met too many people that got wealthy from gold or silver, real estate yes. bitcoin yes. If a person wants to retain their value then certainly hold the tangible assets is not a bad idea. Some people have want to do more then just retaining value
