The song is performed by ZARD. The song is also on Spotify, you can search the title and/or the group's name and it should appear on the search list. It's easier to search the title as this song should be the only one that appears. Edit: One of the lyrics is actually レストラン/restaurant, not ラストラン/the last train. The site I was using had the former for the romaji and the latter for the kanji lyrics so I went with the latter without checking other sources. Sorry for the mistake.
The full song is even better than the opening version. I love the piano part at the end, truly beautiful. The backup singer's lines weren't included in the official lyrics except for one line, so I used my ears to make sure what he was saying. It should be 95% correct. Oh also, the girls' design ain't bad at all, even if the models looked unappealing.
