Guys, if you have noticed that English is not our first language. Its not even her second language. I mean shes from Cebu, main dialect there is Bisaya. So Bisaya is her root dialect, second only is Tagalog our main dialect in the Philippines. So English is third. My point is when she sings her accent somehow disappears.😊
Um, no. English is officially our second language. That's why all legal documents, even our Constitution is in English. And it doesn't matter where you go in the Philippines because people will understand when you speak English, unlike when you use your own local dialect.
