Here in the US people eat the skin from hogs/pigs. You have to fry them twice to get them crispy. I'm from the north and don't care for the texture (like sawdust!)... I know someone will deny that... They taste like bacon though. I like them crumbled in homemade bread or corn bread. Bet you would like them...good protein snack.😊
