If you're making chocolate with cocoa powder and coconut oil compared to a commercially produced chocolate bar, the homemade version might have a lower melting point due to the coconut oil. It could be more sensitive to temperature changes and may melt more easily when touched. Commercial bars often contain stabilizers, which can make them more resistant to melting. Proper packaging and storage can help mitigate melting concerns for both homemade and store-bought chocolates.
Or you just temper it properly, like it should be. She should have created one massive bar from the chocolate she made, then remelted it to 45c, brought it down to 28c, then back up to 31c, THEN poured them into her moulds for final product. Then they would have a decent snap, higher melting point and a way better mouthfeel. You don't need stabilisers

Are you feeling ok? Cacao oil comes from the cacao fruit which all chocolate is made from ALL CHOCOLATE.... How do you expect your olive oil or avocado to taste anything remotely like chocolate..........??
@@Mebs12 Yo, I'm not being rude kid, I'm stating a fact, avocados don't taste like chocolate and neither does olive oil, they have different tastes to them... Make real milk chocolate, it doesn't use any oil. Just the Cacao fruit, roasting, sugar, and milk. Takes longer but only needs 2 ingredients. However with the recipe in the video you don't actually need any oil at all. The cacao butter does everything you need it to do. So I'm not sure why she put both cacao butter as well as oil in the same recipe.
@@vegetarianveganhealth7748 That makes no sense. Regular oil doesn't have half the taste cacao butter does. That's why cacao butter is used in almost every chocolate recipe but oil isn't.
Sprinkle the almonds on the bottom with dried fruit then top with the chocolate to make the bar look pretty. Why sprinkle the toppings on the bottom of the bar?
Depends on how long it mixes and if you temper the chocolate. But the taste should be very similar whether tempered or not. If you like chocolate just skip tempering and eat it.
Hi Jasmine and Chris, where have you guys been. We haven't seen you all in a least a month. The last time that we saw you all, you told us that you were now engaged. What's going on with you? You all have helped me start my vegan journey. We need you, please don't stop on us now.
Hey, thank you! We are so happy to hear that. We still post videos every week :) I recommend hitting the bell next to the subscribe button so you can be notified when we post new videos!
if your a visual leraner like myself google image how to temper chacolate there are some easy to follow diagrams. if not what you have to do is get the chacolate to 45 degrees Celsius, then let it cool to 27 c then bring it back up to 30 c and ur let it cool one last time.
Instead of saying, "I'm going tk add "Some" of this or that here, how about saying how much you're adding because it also doesn't help giving us a link that doesn't open either

What is babassu oil, sorry but I never heard about that oil.
Does olive oil work
Is that vinegar?
Where’d you get your chocolate bar molds?? Let me guess, Amazon??🤔🍫
