You did a good job explaining although I am just here to check if the derailer was attached already or not
yes it's attached .
Great video! Very much appreciated! It'd be great to include adjustments needed for people's height like the steering height. My ozark drops the chain in front as if it shd have had a guard to prevent that. It came ready to rise but surely needs adjustments.
Thanks for the comment. I'm glad it helped you.
If the chain comes out from the top
First, put the chain on the big sun wheel and then tighten the screw L.
If it comes out from the bottom of the chain, tighten the H screw half a turn.
Great job on your instructional video 👍

I just got this bike. I used your video to assemble it. Thanks for the great video! It was very helpful! I need your help though. This bike is for my son and I would like to add a kickstand for him. Can you suggest a kickstand that will work for it. I have tried three kickstands and none of them fit properly. Is there a kickstand that is made for this bike that you know of?
I tried the Blackburn Rear Adjustable Bike Kickstand from Walmart but it didn't fit. I also tried the Charge Rear Bike Kickstand and the Charge Center Spring Bike Kickstand from Dick's sporting goods which I already owned. The Charge Rear Bike Kickstand wouldn't fit where you normally put it due to the brake mechanism and was not long enough to put anywhere else. There wasn't enough room for Charge Center Spring Bike Kickstand. There is a cable in the center of the bike that makes it hard for center mounted kickstands. Plus, the Charge Center Spring Bike Kickstand rubbed against the back tire. Any help / recommendation you could provide for which kickstand to use with is this bike would be gratefully appreciated!
I'm glad this video helped you.
In the rear part of the frame on the left side near the rear wheel, you will see two holes for installing the kick stand.
I will post some links to help you. When buying, pay attention to the distance between the two holes

I'm thinking about getting this bike to build out with upgraded parts. How can I remove the "Ozark Trail" lettering that is on it? It's not a sticker and I don't want to damage the paint underneath it. I have a vinyl cutter and want to put my own graphics there.
Remind me on Tuesday to check it
@@ProAssemblerany word on this? I'm interested in doing the same thing.
@@jmelinte Hi there . It's not a label. It's a paint and you can't clean it. You can just find a color like gray and paint it first and then change anything you want .
Other things. I checked a 24 inch and that one is a label.good luck.
Hi, I need help installing the brakes. The front installation was already attached from the handlebar to the back of the bike. I'm a little confused about how to attach the right side. On American bikes. It is usually a level to pull and connect the other brake line. Please advise. Thank you
hi. I'm a little confused as to what you really want.
Do you mean installing the front brake?
Do you mean front and rear brake adjustment?
Explain a little more so I can help you.
If you want a specific time of the video, please tell me the time.
Front break
As I said, there are two screws inside the box
According to the video in minute 9 of the video, turn the handlebar a little and install the brake system in place with two screws
If necessary, pause the video to get a good view
it's simple
I hope you can do it@@sandymbostick29
@@ProAssembler my brakes were already attached the the handlebar on the left side. The right side of the brakes are not attached. I know it has to be something simple that I need to see as in how do I pull the wire from the left side to the right side of the brake to make it operable on the handle bar. 9:26
@@sandymbostick29 HOLD ON .both brake are left side on bike .the rear already installed but for front just connect it to the fork . i'm online for help . let me know.
there is a small piece of plastic with two slots and a round hole that was included in the box with the pedals. What is it's purpose?
When I assembled this for the first time, I had the same question, but I couldn't find anything.
Now that you asked, I called customer service and emailed them the photo.
Guess what they said?
No one here knows what this piece of plastic is!!!!!
Finally, I realized that it is used in the part under the bicycle frame, where the brake wires enter the frame. Although it is currently installed on the frame, it may be useful in the future. Of course, in some models, the screw place is covered by plastic.
They are to cover the cable that go into the frame.
@@JosephDredd31 I do not see any way that they could do that.
The chain seems to be loose. The bike came with the derailleur unattached and seems to have trouble shifting properly.
Loose chain is normal and is not a problem.
But this is the first time I see that the bike comes with a separate derailleur.
I think it is better to return it because installing the derailleur and adjusting it may be a bit difficult for you.
If you bought it from Walmart, you can return it and have them adjust the derailleur. good luck.
I would assemble this and then disassemble it, just so I could put the parts from my Axum on it.
