Yeah that's the "I'm fighting for this low note face" I've made this face quite a lot myself lol
It's actually helps hitting those low notes. I got told an exaggerated frown helps form the right shape for your mouth. Singing makes you pull some funny faces sometimes 😂
I have made this face myself when doing high notes, but it's still funny haha
Absolutely godlike tone from that strat. The awesome thing about Rabea's playing is you know he can shred 100 faster than this, but he isnt interested in showing off. Its all about serving the mood of the music. The bass and drums are so tight and chill and Rabea doesnt wanna ruin the mood by metal shredding all over it.

That's a pretty typical way to track your lead guitar takes. standing right next to the desk like that makes it much easier to coordinate with your engineer compared to being in another room with cans on.

Hannah's work in this is awesome! There are beautiful layers of different voices very well built...hands down
Hannah sure does have a tasty voice. We're going to be needing a whole lot more.
Very nice indeed. Also very different from the Dorje metal stuff, and Rabea refrains from overplaying when it's time for the guitar solo. Feels good to see a young female singer that doesn't imitate the idiom of today's top names in the industry. It's hard to make a cover song your own and personal, but Rabea and friends succeed and actually surpass the original. The meditative mood makes the seven + minutes seem like three without feeling boring, in spite of all the repetitions of the chorus. Also a pristine production as far as the sound.
IMHO, this is much, much better than the original.
Totally agree, I was actually searching UA-cam for generic pop type vocals, and have been so swept away and inspired by the vocals in this could not stop listening!
