Oil bas shallow fry karne k liye dala hai.....toh aise pani daal k pakane se koi problem nhi hogi...puri tarah se deep fry karne par momo ki outside bohat hard ho jati hai... Isiliye maine yeh method use kia hai.... Momo ko fry kar k isiliye dala jata hai hai taki ek texture mil sake Momo ko....
