The change for THWACK! Is that it used to work on a by hook system rather then tokens. So hook survivor, next wall or pallet broken makes survivors nearby scream, then you need to hook again. The token system basically keeps the perk up longer, letting you get more use from it

Awesome, thanks for the clarification, I couldn't remember what it used to do, and forgot to look it up before hand! I appreciate it. I really thought it was aura based too, but I was remembering wrong. So many aura perks, I was starting to blend them together XD

I plan to try out the buffed THWACK! and Blood Echo on Legion, see how well they do. Need to actually prestige the related killers first though

I’m enjoying it. I’m gunna have to say that the rift is the best thus far in my opinion. So glad my main (Chucky) got another skin that makes me happy.

You know, Zanshin Tactics and I'm All Ears are good on with ranged M2's like Xeno. Speaking as a Xeno main and someone who's trying out Nemesis and learning Dracula, Zanshin and I'm All Ears are good perks for when you're initially picking up on the character. But once you start to learn the character as well as Survivor movements, you really don't need the perks anymore because you can build up some good muscle memory with them. I've never used I'm All Ears personally because I find I have just as easy as a time taking the 50/50's. They're risky, but those shots really pay off.
On the note of perk changes, I have some ideas for changes to some perks I'd like to see changed.
Save The Best For Last: If you're like me, I liked using STBFL on M2 killers because I liked conserving my stacks. I also nicknamed STBFL "accurate killer" because what killer takes 70 years cleaning/looking at their weapon? ...okay, maybe Micheal Myers, but my point still stands. It's actually up there with some of my favorite perks because I like watching the fast animation (I have STBFL brain rot) So when the perk was changed to the obsession receiving any type of damage, I was a little unhappy, but I could kind of understand why the change was made. Which is why I'd like to see STBFL work on cooldowns for M2 abilities. Imagine STBFL stacks working on Xeno tail, Nemesis tentacle, or Dracula wolf pounce 😱 STBFL wouldn't work on killers who use "ammo" or have range like Huntress, Trickster, Deathslinger, or Unknown. I'd understand the coding nightmare the devs would inevitably say STBFL would bring and pairing it with killer add ons like Demo's Black Heart would also be very strong, but if literally any M2 is going to take stacks, then I want a faster cool down! I already know a change like this would never happen, but I like to imagine what if.
Rapid Brutality: I used Rapid for a while, found it really fun... in some cases. That loss of Bloodlust is horrible when going against a survivor with Dead Hard, Made For This, and Hope (personal experience) If I could make any changes, I'd change it to work for whenever the survivor takes damage, not just from basic attacks. And buff the duration to maybe 15 seconds. You already lose like 3 seconds of the speed from the cooldown animation alone, so you're basically required to use STBFL with this perk. I'd also like to gain some speed from my M2's so it doesn't feel like I'm wasting a perk slot. Again, will never happen, but I like to imagine.
I thought I had one other perk in mind but forgot when I was writing the other ones. I'll edit this comment if I remember it. Other than that, I like the perk updates :)
Edit: I remembered the other perk I wanted changed.
Unbound: Unbound is... interesting. It was fun... for like a day. The perk is so situational and requires an entire vault build for it to work that Survivors can hold W to the next loop and you hardly revieved any value from it. I propose one of 3 possible changes the perk can have. Change 1: Make the perk stay active for an unlimited amount of time but have it cooldown once actually vaulting and then receiving the speed. The speed and duration remains the same, but doesn't require a 30 second window to activate. Think of Weskers vault perk, something similar to that where when you use it, it goes on cooldown before it activates again. Change 2: Have the perk work that whenever you hit a survivor, the perk activates for 10 seconds and the next window you vault will be like 20-30% faster. Change 3: Rework the perk entirely and have it function like this. When initiating chase with a survivor, gain 5% haste for 10 seconds but you lose the ability to gain bloodlust. Just listing some ideas. I used the perk for a day and found hardly any use of it. Once Survivors realize you have it, they'll just hold W before you vault and now you've wasted a perk slot.

I definitely understand the concern when it comes to using I'm all ears and Zanshin instead of using natural predictions, but it's similar to windows. Players that are new benefit and learn from them, players that are experienced gain information that can be capitalized on. I like the perk changes you mentioned, but I do think they'd be a bit too oppressive haha.
For STBFL, the reasoning you had for not really liking to run I'm all ears and ZT, I had that for STBFL as it gave killers more incentive to M1 spam rather than use their powers. If I M1 here, I can catch up much faster than using my powers, and was less interactive. The change to having it on an M2 would be a nightmare for survivors lol. In the big shake up, we already got a cooldown reduction for killer to catch up and survivors gain less distance base kit.
I do agree with you on Rapid too. Rapid is just... phew.. It's either great on a killer, or it's bad on a killer. It's like STBFL now, if your killer has an m2 attack that you'll end up using more than the m1, you might as well not run it. Crazy it even came out on Xenomorph. Works great on Deathslinger, but he's an exception lol.
Overall, I love the changes, and like to hear your ideas, you got some creative ideas, it's fun to chat about. Thanks for watching and commenting dude.

Nah, I agree on UNbound. The initial idea of it seemed fun, but like you said, most knew it was going to be something niche and not something super useable. I actually like your first idea the best. It's a simple fix that makes the perk fun and easier to actually utilize. My problem is that they keep adding all these perks into the game, survivor and killer side, that require so much prep work, it's like it's actively making players go out of their way to play the game in an inefficient way, and with both sides playing as efficient as possible most of the time, no one will want to use those perks.
