- The International Court of Justice, known as the UN World Court, ordered on Friday that Israel end its operation in Rafah "immediately."
This comes as the Israel Defense Forces said a joint IDF and ISA operation in Jabaliya overnight led to the bodies of three additional hostages murdered by Hamas on Oct. 7 - Hanan Yablonka, Michel Nisenbaum and Orion Hernandez. The bodies have been returned to Israel.
The discovery comes less than a week after The Times of Israel reports the bodies of four other hostages were found in a tunnel underneath a home in Gaza - Itzhak Gelerenter, Amit Buskila, Ron Benjamin and Shani Louk.

Several options for post Hamas destruction. Do they do one state as Israel-Palestine? If they do, is it a national government or more like how austria and hungary were effectively independent states? Whether or not it is provinces in an Israel-Palestine union or different countries/states, what do the borders look like? 47? 67? Does this war warrant Israel’s right to more Gaza land? Does the UN play a role?
One thing should be clear to all and that is that the majority opinion of the west is that Palestine is a state and should not be conquered into a one state solution called Israel.
I believe Israel should rule it's entire land with smaller communities within having municipal gov't and representatives to nat'l gov't like they do now for many ethnic groups. When I visited Israel our Arab bus driver told us how he was better off as an equal citizen of Israel. I would not have know whether he was Jew or Arab if he had not chosen to tell us! People said Israel would cause massive deaths in its operations in Rafah. The daily casualty numbers haven't been significantly affected by the operation in Rafah if at all.
People said Israel would stop the influx of humanitarian aid through the Rafah crossing. Egypt stopped the passage of aid through the crossing.

The guest spoke of Netanyahu wanting to put off the autopsy of whose fault October 7th’s was only because he wants to stay in power. But Israel always conducts these internal investigations after the war. Same thing happened to Golda Meir. After the war, they scrutinized her actions. But not during the war. That would be a distraction.
