    Really neat description. I can say there is no other source explained the mechanism of how Erythropoietin is actually made by the kidneys. Well done :)

    Erythropoietin is not a disease though, so the title doesn't make sense

      It's not disease but the title said how it causes or how it can be diagnosed when person suffering from anaemia blood loss haemophilia then erythropoietin is required

    Increased production of EPO is creating RBC- but do these RBC are being produced with oxygen? No, right?

    what if a patient have low epo say, 3.3 and slightly high 5.93 and hb of 17.9?
