    Sir one small request. If you mention the quantity in spoon it would be easy for us. I always use the same quantity you mention and it comes out well. In grams it's difficult for me to estimate. After 1st time as you say I can get the grip of how much proportion is needed by myself. So just mention in spoon the quantity required.

    I did this recipe for dinner along with chappathi chef..i must say i’m not the type who prefers a semi dry sidedish that too with lot of vegetables but the sabzi you presented looked so appetizing and i convinced myself to try it..it was a huge surprise that everyone in my home including me loved it very much and the sidedish was fully grabbed..nothing was left over..I never thought this would be so yummy..Thank you so so much for this excellent sidedish chef

      While doing vegetarian dishes like kadai sabzi , you can also give receipes for similar ( kadai chicken) non veg dishes not insisting you to do that .
      Just receipe by words will be better for NV lovers

    Dry roast separately
    1 hand Coriander 40g
    20g pepper 30g jeera
    Elachi patta lavang 30g
    Red chilli 10
    Make it as coarse powder
    Oil 4tbsp
    4 lavang
    4 elachi
    2 pattai
    2 finely Chopped onion(Golden brown fry)
    1.5 tomato fry it for 5 to 6 mins
    Half spTurmeric powder
    1.5 tsp coriander powder
    1.25 Kashmiri powder and add 1 tumbler water
    Once water dried add 1 sp ginger garlic masala
    Once the raw smell goes add veggies (broccoli sweet corn cauliflower cook and add) add 50 ml water
    Add salt little sugar garam masala kasuri methi
    Add 1 sp grinded kadai powder
    Add coriander leaves

      Well i think many south indians dont know hindi so they mispronounce as kasthuri methi,bcoz kasuri methi is hindi word .and i found in google that this methi(vendayam/fenugreek) was originated in a place named kasur and they started using it in their food for garnishing... so its kasuri methi.
      Now you know 😁

    Good evening sir, iam one of your subscribers..I have Hypertension, diabetes and CKD..So iam following diabetic, renal diet,,why does you plan and put a video on those preparations..?...It will be very useful and healthy too,,..Another doubt why don't you make kauai vegetables by using Indian vegetables? One more question your preparations can be done only by high,upperclassmen people!,It should reach also to middle and lower middle class people,,,, Maybe iam wrong,,please limit oil and ghee in all your recepies ..Thank you sir ..Today's kauai submission is very excellent 👏

    I always follow your method sir...but one small suggestion.... I am beginner to cooking so I don't know the measurements in grams.......it's difficult to get that measurement because I don't know how to measuring in gms so can you please use spoon or tumbler ... Because those 2 things are always available in every home....thank you sir

    Sir for NV lovers just say receipes similar to the videos u do like adding non veg in place of veg
    Like non veg version
    We are not asking you to do non veg dishes but asking you to say the receipes for non veg version
    Like add cooked mutton instead of veggies then it is non veg version
    Whether we can do this receipe with mutton / chicken to get kadai chicken
