Sir one small request. If you mention the quantity in spoon it would be easy for us. I always use the same quantity you mention and it comes out well. In grams it's difficult for me to estimate. After 1st time as you say I can get the grip of how much proportion is needed by myself. So just mention in spoon the quantity required.

I did this recipe for dinner along with chappathi chef..i must say i’m not the type who prefers a semi dry sidedish that too with lot of vegetables but the sabzi you presented looked so appetizing and i convinced myself to try it..it was a huge surprise that everyone in my home including me loved it very much and the sidedish was fully grabbed..nothing was left over..I never thought this would be so yummy..Thank you so so much for this excellent sidedish chef

Dry roast separately
1 hand Coriander 40g
20g pepper 30g jeera
Elachi patta lavang 30g
Red chilli 10
Make it as coarse powder
Oil 4tbsp
4 lavang
4 elachi
2 pattai
2 finely Chopped onion(Golden brown fry)
1.5 tomato fry it for 5 to 6 mins
Half spTurmeric powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1.25 Kashmiri powder and add 1 tumbler water
Once water dried add 1 sp ginger garlic masala
Once the raw smell goes add veggies (broccoli sweet corn cauliflower cook and add) add 50 ml water
Add salt little sugar garam masala kasuri methi
Add 1 sp grinded kadai powder
Add coriander leaves

Well i think many south indians dont know hindi so they mispronounce as kasthuri methi,bcoz kasuri methi is hindi word .and i found in google that this methi(vendayam/fenugreek) was originated in a place named kasur and they started using it in their food for garnishing... so its kasuri methi.
