Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy is a tricky surgery and its success depends heavily on the correct level of anastomosis as well as the understanding of the anatomical basis of bile duct resection. This video gives the basics of biliary-enteric anastomosis and then with the help of a line diagram explains the technique for hepaticojejunostomy in a side-to-side configuration.

Just add suture material ( PDS , 4 or 5 ,0 ) needle size , double needle and u go inside out or outside in . Otherwise perfect
