Donnelly's Public House closes ahead of state order

Scott Donnelly closed his public house in Fairport prior to Gov. Andrew Cuomo's order Monday to shut down bars and restaurants in New York state to slow the spread of COVID-19. "We value our relationships with our customers, so are we putting 'Uncle Dave' at risk?" Donnelly is ramping up for takeout as an option, including selling growlers of beer.
