Love to see you still at it. Love seeing updates. Good luck. I definitely wouldn’t know what I was doing. You’re killing it. 😃

Good luck to you! Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out how to stabilize a fence post. I may be up for that challenge, but I could never attempt what you're doing.

Go to a welding shop have them make you a 45 ° corner angle corner bracket the height of the corner you want to join. Several holes in it about 1" in diameter .Drill out the blocks behind the holes. Use somec expanding epoxy based filler and while it is setting install eye bolts . You will be able to secure that career not only with the corner piece you have made but also with some steel cable and turnbuckles.

Great job getting the foundation going , hopefully it’s still going well and you’re feeling motivated, I think you can get it done, like you said anything you do is going to be a major improvement, seems like materials and deciding what areas should be worked on in what order is the tricky part. I kind of wish you had some help finishing the foundation and flooring, are you doing the roof/attic after that or have you decided yet?

I once owned an old house with an unstable, full-basement foundation. What I can say is that none of the potential solutions were satisfactory and all were prohibitively expensive. If you don't want to tear-down the house and have made-up your mind to fix the foundation and thus save the house, then I think there is only one thing to do; lift the house up, off the existing foundation and start over. Doing this is expensive, but it will leave you with many more options. Best wishes and good luck!

yeah that has been the debate in my mind for a long time. I am still doing some things that don't cost money yet before I dive in.

I would fix the wall in 3rds. Dig to undisturbed soil, pour a footing, then block or concrete wall and the unshrinkable grout to fill. Then so another section. Might want to wear a helmet... look up "underpinning", thats what i am talking about. Have fun!

Perhaps you should pour some reinforced concrete pads under your jack points. Or maybe a reinfored chain wall.

Yeah Im trying to figure out ideas of the jack points when I put the permanent support under the floor. Most likely it will be concrete pads.
