It's not even 1% what India has to offer. Every 15 km the food culture changes. Every state seems to be a different country. So if you want to explore India you have to go every nook and corner of it beyond the tourist route.

Not like he should have taken you guys to nice malls or to try fat curry etc..But some cool, hot, some spicy stuff and crowdy street foods platters which looks appetizing and stomach satisfying..There are a whole lot of stuff..You can always ask us for food suggestions..:)

The true taste of Indian cuisine comes from expertise not from fancy shops or malls offering thick Curry or things like that. Sorry to say but there were A LOT of different Rajasthani cuisine and breakfast items you should have tried, VADA PAAV although found in whole of India but is a Maharashtrian dish and the same goes with DHOKLA which is Gujarati dish. I wish you find someone better to show you around better places and authentic Rajasthani dishes.
