Niomi, is boxing with longer nails hard? Just asking because I would love to start boxing as a workout, but I've had long nails for more than 10 years now and I really don't wanna cut them short just for boxing, but obviously I also don't wanna be in pain while boxing because of me being a girl and not wanting to hurt my nails haha!
The only problem with vegan is that they tend to use a lot of soy as a substitute, which I don't eat. Also, they use gluten, which I don't eat either. I really need to find a gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free restaurant (or open one myself, since there don't seem to be any).

Florence Desautels I can’t speak for Niomi and I may be totally wrong, but I don’t think she will as there is no ethical connection there. She was on a podcast recently that I listened to and she said although she doesn’t see herself eating meat and cheese again, she wouldn’t stop herself if she wanted to. I think it’s strictly health for her.

Sitting here eating an avocado, with sugar on it ;) actually my massage therapist told me to put sugar on my avocado. I really want and need something ssweet befire I work out to get energy, like a big smoothie with lots of dates :D no raffined sugar.
She does drive. She had a car "loaned" to her last Christmas and drove it down to Brighton. It was delivered at least a day before she was going down and she kept having to move it around because of the parking rules/laws. It seems like it isn't worth having a vehicle if you live in London where there are so many options of public transportation.

Isabel Cervantes she promotes healthy eating and if you see at the comments a lot of people see her as an inspiration, so it's not good young people to think that they need to eat so little to be healthy. the calories she consumes do not meet her daily needs and that's a fact, it's not my opinion.
Ge Clue Actually nutrients is the important part and many healthy foods are nutrient packed. Additionally, just because foods are healthy does not mean the foods are not high on calories. For example, nuts have a lot of calories for a small serving. Don’t speak to things you don’t actually have evidence for. You don’t know everything she eats and her exact caloric intake.
