1) Only Audit office will be given to you. Because there are no vacancy from Accounts office for Direct AAOs.
2) And study time mil jata h you can prepare for UPSC
3) zone depend krta h no of vacancy in state CAG offices. If you have the details for each state then I can give you the idea for it.
4) Language paper normal hota h don't worry for that. SB clear kr lete h vo paper.

There are 2 options 1st is transfer on spouse ground and 2nd is Mutual Transfer. There is another way which is deputation but in this you can get transferred for limited period.
