Muhammad Tim Humble is from Newcastle & graduated from the famous faculty of hadeeth and Islamic Stuides at the Islamic University of Madinah in 2011. He accepted Islam at the age of 14 & is currently involved with a dawah organisation called IDC North East which is based in & around Newcastle.
The Ustadh talks about the dark realities of magic and how to ward off such curses!.

I used to have sleep paralysis (I remember 3 or 4 times) it was as if someone was putting too much pressure on my body, I opened my eyes but I couldn’t move or scream or speak, something was there, but once I recited sura falaq under my breath, that pressure was gone and everything went back to normal.
But brothers and sisters everything stopped when I started reading sura baqarah at home ( if you Can’t read it , let it play in the house from your laptop) and doing Adkar before bed which proved that it was indeed from shaytan. If you want to have a very good night of sleep and wake up feeling energized do the following:
- Perform Wudu before going to bed.
- Sleep on the right side
- recite ayat Kursi
-Download this app “Hisnii” it has all the athkar you and among them the adkar before bed. It will take you about 10 minutes to read all of them.
-Say Shahada then sleep, don’t do or say anything else after that, just close your eyes and sleep. (It’s good to say shahada in case a person dies in his sleep)

If you want to know if you have a jinn, listen to sura baqarah with headphones on high volume everyday and inshallah you will feel something, you will feel the jinn moving or your leg or hand or arm will move. I know someone who did this and it worked. There is no need for a Raqi. Pray two rakaat and ask Allah to help you then listen to sura baqarah like I mentioned.
