Jay is full of confidence, his confidence and determination will be his greatest factor to his road for debut but I hope he stays in ground for atleast until the next test, and not because his skills aren't enough he's got great skills, but I can see great potential within him that can only be nurtured and will only be awakened in ground.

The trainees who left an impression on 3rd episode: 1) Daniel - On episode 2, he displayed his maturity despite the young age. On episode 3, we get to see his deep understanding and sensitivity to others. The producers gave him the second highest mark for they saw that potential and talent in him but he was voted out. He may have felt sad about it but didn't act like a kid and didn't blame on anyone. When EJ was voted in I-land, despite that sadness of being kicked out he jumped to EJ and congratulated him. The little boy even prayed to have his hyung rise up. And the part that marked to me the most is when he was the one who spoke up for the grounders when there was a tension between Niki and Kyungmin (who also stood up for the team). He might be young, but he's got a mindset of an old man. 2) Sunghoon - He was consistent with his character. He is obviously the dependable hyung. If he debuts, he could be the eomma of the group. He was the one who welcomed the new I-landers, initiated the conversations with them, asked them for opinion and even entertains Sunwoo who wants to be close to him. He stayed with the I-landers team but he was still thinking about Jake who went to Ground. He looks after everyone. And lastly, in the performance, he shined even when it's not his parts. He's a natural on stage. 3) Taeyong - Not many may have remembered but he had the part who always gets to be stepped on. But instead of complaining about it, he took it the good way and was willing to give what he can give if it's best for the team. He took advantage of his strength and had himself utilized for goodness in teamwork mission. 4) Jay - Others may have view him as someone too trying hard and greedy but what I see in him was burning passion. He took that resentment, anger, hatred of being kicked out as an inspiration to strive harder and prove his worth. Although he might've looked too strict and too suffocating at first, he became a good leader to the grounders. He took Rain's advices to heart and applied it with his team. I never thought I could see the leader definition in him till the last episode. And I'm looking forward to him truly setting up the stage on fire. He deserves his spot, because as what the grounders said, Jay dances with class and charisma. 5) Sunwoo - I just got to add him up because he's so adorable. He radiates baby energy so much. He might be the next reaction/meme prince on the survival show history. He's so cute. That's all for my essay. Thanks for reading.

I think Jay can be a good leader in the future. He really caught my attention. Look at the whole episode u can see his potential. He take those comments from the mentors as motivation to be strong, he encourages the grounders that even the talented ones are practicing so why cant they?, He didnt give up on being the center despite of not being pick during the last episode, plus his singing and dancing is on fire. Hoping this grounders will make it to the ILand and show them what they got. Btw I'm rooting for Jake, jay, daniel, hanbin, heesung, K, sunoo, Taki. BTW all them deserves to be on top (ilanders/grounders)

I first saw this show, I found no teamwork on both Iland and Ground teams. The ego and the fondness from the Iland team to the Ground and the separation between Ground when going to Iland are shown quite clearly.

I first saw this show, I found no teamwork on both Iland and Ground teams. The ego and the fondness from the Iland team to the Ground and the separation between Ground when going to Iland are shown quite clearly.
