Hey Jazmine, I'm guessing you meant *feet*, not inches. The bases are adjustable. You may need to get a thicker PVC size for wider bases. I've created a much larger arch using (4) 10-ft 1" PVC instead of (3) 10-ft 3/4" PVC.

For the medium arch frame in my other video, and for this large arch frame, yes, I use them outdoors all the time. I always attach fishing line to the top of the arch and secure it to something nearby to prevent it from tipping with wind :) hope this helps!

It depends on how far apart you place the bases. 20 ft x 10 ft is average
