Screw driver trick worked!
But i had to put screw driver not on sides rather in the mid till it got tight and way it went out easily

mines is a della portable washing machine I got from ebay ,the seller listed it as new but when I received it it wasn't new ,but I would of been okay with it if it stayed working. I found out that they glued the area where the pulsator is located the screw area was glued. it lifted after two washes. tried to find nails that fitted three times and they didn't work. im inlove with this machine. please what would you suggest?

Sir, you can warm pulsator screw with effective soldering iron (poetic tools) for better results..other wise if you going to change Gearbox you can drilling the screw with iron bit..you can save the pulsator..many more ideas are available, if you faces this types difficulties..

Sir you can also fill the machine with water until the pulsalator dips or minimum level. I always use this method to remove the pulsalator and clean them.

remove a small cap from the top of pulsator. you will find a 10mm bolt inside. remove that will long T 10 mm spanner
