He could be Soma in the Julius mode route in Dawn of Sorrow 3. He could be Elizabeth Bartley's son 4. Or maybe Alucard finally hit it off and had a son of his own?
All great theories. One of the developers comments stuck out to me as particularly insightful during a Symphony of the Night interview I included here, where he says "Maria isn’t alive 10,000 years later you know!" Jokingly implying that Alucard still might be. But I like the idea that it’s possibly not him. The Soma Julius mode theory is one I can actually see… but they are all possibilities. Kid Dracula being the son of an already established character we know is something that makes sense. Definitely a relation to the mainline Dracula Bloodline in SOME form, because of how much Galamoth time travels to destroy them!
Kid Dracula is Alucard when he was a child protecting the castle while Dracula was traveling around the world like a human would as Lisa suggested him to. Lisa was apparently herself absent. She was a doctor she might have been outthere healing villagers during Kid Dracula's events...or maybe she had already been captured by the church and Alucard was too busy with Galamoth to help her and by the time he was able reach her she was already dying. We don't know how old he was by the time but dampyres are known to grow into their adult form very fast so he might have reached his adult form right after he defeated Galamoth for the 2nd time
It’s an interesting theory! Only problem is Kid Dracula takes place in the FAR ahead future after absolutely everything in the franchise, 10,000 years after Symphony of the Night to be precise. The amount of time travel and destruction Galamoth and the Time Reaper were doing with the timeline all to exact revenge for his defeat in that distant future was immense especially in something like Castlevania Judgment. Although I can see many stories happening in that time period you mentioned, kind of like what the Netflix series explored. Lisa traveling to heal the people while Dracula walks the earth to travel and learn. It’s one of the few things I think the show presented as very compelling.
@@StockeTepes In the future? I don't think. I think Galamoth time traveled in the past to try to take down Dracula. It would make sense that he choose to attack the Prince of darkness during the time when he wasn't as evil as in the futur, when he still had a wife and a child with him...only for the child to deal with him all by himself. I don't think Dracula would still have a family in the future.
That’s definitely what A LOT of the official material is leaning towards! Especially the Anniversary Collection "Book of the Crescent Moon." Like somehow 10,000 years later, Alucard somehow turned into Kid Dracula… insane. No official material outright says it’s canon but neither do they say it’s not NOT canon 👀 That’s what makes it so interesting too

The god he’s based on, Sobeck, absolutely was an influence in his design for example. I wonder if we got to see more of Galamoth in the series if it would’ve shown even more connections?

Count Dracula’s Castle was made a living creature with psychic powers of its own by the Chaotic Realm. This has happened in the spin-off books and stories set in the Warhammer 40K Universe, going into the Warp is both a way to travel faster than light, but without the protection of a Gellar Field, where powerful psychic energies from Psikers (Telepaths or Magic Users in Warhammer 40,000) your mind and body is under assault from the evil psychos energies of the Warp and the Demons of Chaos. What if Chaos in Castlevania split into four Gods? This would be further supported by how war and massive death on Earth fuels the Chaotic Realm in Castlevania. Also put in mind the wars of the Grim Dark Future are trillions of deaths, making WWI or WWII into child’s play. More energy to fuel evil and then, Chaos could split four ways.
Absolutely adore how in the first level, the boss kid Dracula fights is somebody from the KKK. Yeah, even the evil kid Dracula thinks the KKK is too evil.
