I met my husband in London, he was here on a student visa in oct 2012. We've been married 8yrs now MashAllah❤ his Punjabi from Pakistan and im Bengali. We've been blessed with a son whose nearly 2. Didn't want a child before as I was completing my bsc and msc.

@@tahera1320 before 1971 Bangladesh was part of Pakistan. That time it was east Pakistan.. Bangla, hindi and urdu languages are closely related. Bangladesh got its Independence from Pakistan due a civil war. I hope you got your answer. If you were a Pakistani you can understand Bangla and a bangali can also understand urdu very well.

Jealousy of something good is okay as long as you don’t wish for it to be taken away from the person you’re jealous of.

100% agree with getting nikah done instead of just an engagement and thinking it is ok for the two individuals to go out and such. It is a practice that has been picked up from the disbelievers. Not something that we Muslim should follow.
Like the idea of helping brothers and sisters who are looking to get married in halal way. I listened to a lecture by brother Muhammad Tim Humble and he talked about something similar. It would be really great if we had a system like that set up in our Muslim community. were aunties, sisters, moms get together and and talk about potential brother who is looking to marry potential sister. No mix gender gathering. the men talks about it amongst themselves, that i have a sister, or daughter, relative such and such. looking for a brother with such and such quality. same with the sister's side. talking about a brother, son who is looking for certain quality. Keeping it completely halal and according to Islam.
True happiness is found in halal relationship. not the haram one. May Allah make it easy on us.

My question is, how can the youth eliminate the fear of getting married early ? And how to maintain a marriage when you do end up getting married at an early age. Early marriage is Sunnah and truly a blessing, but out of fear of family and school / career commitments, most boys and girls skip it until they’ve grown too old. I onced watched this girl talk about her '100% halal' marriage and proceeded to say that her dad dropped her off at a café when her potential husband arrived to let them get to know each other in peace?? What was the point of even dropping her off if he's not gona be present😭 I exited that video faaast loool. Assalam alaikum. For those having difficulty getting married, keep on trying. Try certain Ayat such as Surah Talaq, Ayat 2-3 several times every day. Try dhikr such as "Ya Wadudu" "Ya Wahhabu" "Ya Fattahu" and "Ya Basitu". This dua is supposed to be good for finding legitimate love: "Allahumma Ya Jaamian naasi li yaumil la rayba fihi, ijma dhal latee."
