Yeah unfortunately I started development on the guide before the archetype started gaining attention, late in ritual league. I was caught half way through production and decided to stick it out. I've done everything I can to make my iteration on this build full fledged, well produced and distinct. Hopefully you'll enjoy my take on it!

@@yourlocalnpc Well the Malachai's Artifice will pretty much fix 1 element completely for you, but that, of course, has it drawbacks as you will have to harvest craft to change resistances to others to stay resistance capped.
2 days in on this build. Started with about a 200-300c investment. This can be done on a "budget", but I cannot even imagine doing this as a league start. That being said, very powerful, and with the right setup 200c has got me pretty comfortable in yellow maps. I imagine red maps are going to be difficult, but doable. I don't know that I'll be able to do T15-T16 without spending at least 6EX or so to get the right bow. Currently just using tabula and a 4 link Xoph's. I'm only level 72 though so things might be drastically different once I'm level 85+ or even 90. Solid build. If you have the currency to really upgrade it, this shit is INSANE. I also only have normal/cruel lab done. With merciless and uber lab done I imagine I'll be much more comfortable.

It came down to putting 1 aura in my 5 socket-4 link bow, and another aura in a 4 socket-3link helmet, to make sure I could run them both without them getting increased reservation due to support gem links. @Cikk_arrows_bro
Great build. I changed it up abit and went slightly right for less damage and picked up wind dancer (another fire dot node nearby as well) and phase acro.

i'm out here trying to get esoro's mjölner inquisitor up and running, and he comes out with a new one. I'm already enjoying the league a little more now.
I league-started with this build (I leveled using Flame Wall + Kinetic Blast, which was amazing until red maps), and the suggestions made in the video differed slightly what I've done so far, so I tried some of them around. Replica Emberwake is not that great, since the ignite duration is so short, and with GMP, there's 1-2 ignites active at a time and they quickly expire when dodging attacks. I've tried switching GMP for Barrage support, and I killed Sirus A8 in record time. That being said, the Emberwake might not be worth investing in early on. To link Wave of Conviction with Despair and combustion is, according to PoB, superior to my previous setup of Arcanist Brand + Wave of Conviction + Flammability. I was surprised to see Despair being better than Flammability, but perhaps all of the various fire resistance reductions have met a cap? Either way, the advantage of having Arcanist Brand is that the debuff is being applied actively while dealing damage, that is not the case with self-casting wave of conviction. I have not given up on it completely, as I am still trying it out, but I may end up going back to brands. Getting rid of Clarity and a Rumi's Concoction only to get a curse immunity mana flask? Eh, I tried it, but I rather have that extra armour and be mindful of curses. Ball Lightning... This one had me so confused for way too long, as I must've been obsessed with the gem tag "Lightning", because I started to think I should have Elemental Equilibrium to even get any uses out of it... Lo and behold, I started rationalizing about the GMP support and realized Ball Lightning is to fire away as many projectiles as possible, because they will hit enemies, igniting them (because of the ascendancy) and recover 40-60 life per enemy ignited... WOW! But it has it downsides, as it requires sockets on an already socket starved build... Honestly don't know what this rant was all about, but maybe this gives some insight to people considering or is already trying out the build. :D
@@brandonzack2260 i was lucky in this league, created a 2nd character using burning arrow. I was able to find 2 inpulsa chest and 6 linked it both sold like 8ex each at the start of the league
I love how in your build factor assessments at the bottom of the screen, the figure in the bottom right blocks part of the letter R, meaning that the build's Hardcore rating looks like 'Poop' instead of Poor, and Solo Self Found's rating looks like 'Poo'. I reckon those are more colourful and accurate descriptors, heh.
I plotted out a Chieftain with this skill setup but ended up building differently in 3.13 and getting my ignites and burning DOT from spells instead. Loved the potential in POB though, DPS was nuts on paper, and I see Elementalist works super well! Very cool build man! Doing burning DOT again this league but Searing Bond, Scorching Ray totems for DPS and Flame Dash totems for combustion and being hilarious to me (ok, they are also mechanically useful against bosses since they keep the bond on the enemy and also ensure that enemies are always Near my totems for the DPS boost and incoming damage reduction that gives me as Chieftain). I love the burn!
New build guide!.... and it’s a build everyone already knows and plays:/ still a great guide. I’ve already gotten rid of my burning arrow build for the league but this will be a great guide for newer players than haven’t played it!
Quick note to those interested in the build: The fire damage over time medium cluster jewels are absurdly expensive, even for a base to craft off of (~1.5 ex). The ones used in the PoB were ~6 exalts when I checked. Consider getting ones with Wasting Affliction and: 1.) Brewed for Potency (DoT, flask uptime and efficacy) 2.) Vile Reinvigoration (Damage, energy shield) 3.) Circling oblivion (DoT, extends length of ignites) 4.) Chilling Presence (for slowing effect) 5.) Student of Decay (DoT, chaos resistance) There are other notables, but these are arguably the best alternatives. Prices start around 20 chaos for a 4 passive cluster jewel.

Mostly staying close means being safe because you can go around the boss really fast to dodge any attack.

@@yzwme586 He says he'll be back but I don't blame him if he hung up PoE guides.Many of my favorite guides, not just from Esoro, are dead.
