- Finally we are few days away from our majestic ride to ladakh, the land of high passes. This time we will be riding through some of the toughest terrains of the ladakh like Umling la Pass and around. Both my bikes will go this time and thrill and adventure will be unlimited.

Hey guys i recently did char dham yatra and it was my first trip to kaafi acchi planning kari thi.
There are some points from my side
- polythenes are very important coz dhul mitti , barish, mud mai apke kapde gande ho sakte hai to better to take the whole pack of polythene. And ghar se he bag mai kapde or baki sab polythene mai he pack karke le jao to make everything water proof
- if you have rain cover for your bag please use it for all the time as you bag will be the most important asset jisko app har time touch and carry karoge. May be aap uspar so bhi jao. It will be near to you in your rooms so make sure ki bag puri trip mai ganda na ho. So rain cover lagake rakho all the time. Mai ye nhi kar paya 10 day ka trip tha adhe mai he bag bohot ganda ho gaya to mereko hath dhone padre the to take care.
- power banks are important
- kapde zada matt leke jao tops leke chale jao jitne din reh rahe ho lekin bottoms mai only take 1 jeans/ pant for 3 days. Coz thand hoti hai & hardly nahane milta hai udhar. So try karo ki kam se kam saman rakho and bag halka.
- in meds ORS is a must of you are trekking. Baaki pet kharab hona, ulti is very common to vo bohot important hai. Also mai bhi net par dekh ke diamox leke gaya tha but after coming to home i consulted a doc he said ki diamox without prescription na lo reason it regulates your BP, toilet bhi ata hai kaafi. To altitude sickness ki med se pehle it can harm you.. To avoid it. Ors and other meds are enough.
- food : try to take proper meal jab bhi accha khana mile. Try to eat from expensive restaurant coz meals are important. Sasta khaoge fir faltu pet kharab hoga. Also avoid eating too much of fried food and maggi. Try to get full meals. Avoid soft drinks and thandi cheze.
- you should know about your allergies and your body ki kisi chez ko leke sensitive to nhi. And try to cover your throat, head taaki thand na lage as it's very important agar thand lagi to pet kharab ulti weakness sab saath hota hai.
- wear mask while travelling. Roads par kaafi dust hoti hai and easily khasi ho sakti hai. Mostly sab log upper regions par khaste rehte hai. To better to wear mask. I did it and it saved me.
- wash your hands jaha bhi jagah mile. Apne nakhun bhi saaf rakho co dhul mitti and gandgi bohot hoti hai. Also carry full pack of tissues/ wet wipes and paper soap. Ye sab kaafi kaam ata hai.
- keep proper cash, dry fruits are good to keep.
- mainly saaf safai ka dhyan rakhna buss thats it.

What i suggest is don’t carry unnecessary things
Like clothes you can shop at Srinagar if you feel like required or in need khaali jao aur jb jha jis chez ki need ho wo purchase kro example jacket or thermals
