I love how consistent your art is and all the meaning behind it. I've been struggling trying to find my art style that is personal to me so it is very inspiring to look at your art. I love it a lot!
I wouldn't stress too much about developing an art style. It's something that takes years for most people.
You should just focus on drawing things to make you happy. If you draw something and you end up liking how it looks, keep doing that.
For so many years I drew in a certain way just because I could, not because I wanted to. My art was considered "good" by most people, but I hated how it looked.
After that I decided to actually try to draw in a way where I enjoyed how it looked, even if it felt a little foreign to draw like that.
Nobody is born with an art style. It's inspired and born from everything around us. Just draw in a way that makes you happy, and over time you'll develop something unique to you.

What paint do you use
for the painting part, do you think using acrylic paint mixed in with fabric medium and then heat setting it would work well on clothing?
It does but, for me, it takes too long to dry. Supposedly it keeps the paint from cracking and makes the fabric softer. I’ve never had the patience. I paint denim jean jackets with acrylic craft paint, rather than the tube paint, it has the perfect spreading ability. I seal it with whatever works. Liquid gloss (or matte) medium usually. I’ve found that it’s multiple layers of paint that crack the fabric. I try to stop at two. To seal it you can seal anytime but for it to be permanent it needs to be ironed on high heat for about 10 or 15 seconds. You need to have something on top of it (I use parchment paper) or just ironing the back of the fabric with or without covering it. I’ve read that putting it in the dryer also works? but I’ve never tried it.
