“We ask you, brothers, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves.” - 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:12-13‬ ‭- Thank you for these video’s. God bless you.

Why would any reasonable person disrespect him. He just bringing out what is already written ?? But if someone did, that would be people who are unbelievers. That's why they joke about a talking snake, because no one here heard of a talking snake. The side the best I've seen. I'm so glad he's on this video teaching,

Thank you SO much for doing this, Mr. Michels (I'm not sure if you are a pastor, reverend, etc. so I am unsure of which title to use. Please forgive me & correct me if you please. I'm learning more about the Bible than I ever thought was possible and I can FEEL my faith and love for God growing every day. Thank you. This is an amazing series.

Thanks for highlighting the parallel between the sacrifice of Isaac and that of Jesus.
Interesting how 3 times God declares Isaac, the promised son, to be Abraham's "only" son. Even though Abraham had already fathered Ishmael.
It's important for new students of the Bible to realize that God was not going to permit Isaac to be harmed. God knew Abraham would pass His test. This is about Abraham's faith.

Our Lord tells Abraham " Take your only son" .. since Abraham first child was Ismail .. then the only son must be Ismail before Isaac was born .. you se the word only son.. you can not say when Abraham have both ISMAIL AND ISAAC .. YOUR only son this makes sense that the only son is ISMAIL at the time when Abraham has only him ..

Ishmael was sent away with Hagar 🙃 so the only son left with Abraham was Isaac

You’re talking about the same Abraham that persuaded your god to low the number of “good people” in Sodome and didn’t do anything by his own son? This Christian morality stories 🤯

Even if I was told I was promised son, I would have fought back,no wouldn't let no crazy old man kill me. The reason why he left the others behind was because they would have stopped him too. This is why I believe, he was not a teenager who could at least attempt to fight back, after all he was the promised son that had to live, so I would think he was a small innocent child who believes his father would not harm him, he doesn't expect it A child doesn't know the sign of danger, but that's why we try our best to protect them, because they can't defend themselves. So I think it is logical to insist nnhe is a small child. Even Jesus makes note f this when he says, to enter the kingdom of God, you must be like a child, "so trusting." In another country, they have suicide mission , from a child they are told they will inherit 7 virgins. So wrong .But that's fake religions, but people believe that, they don't value life. But that is not the case here. Abraham really believes God will raise him up, to fulfill his promise Anyway if he was a teenager, then what was Issac thinking??? The scripture gives no record, that's why I think it was a small child. Because any reasonable person would have fought back to survive. Well that's my comment. I may be wrong about the other religions but that's what I hear.
