What I find interesting is that the Hydro Traveler's attacks are a dollar store knock-off of Neuvillette, and not seemingly hinting at Furina's kit like it is with Traveler's other elements being knock-off or weaker versions of the Archon's skills... I saw an interesting video about it earlier... theorizing that the Archon's kits are imitations of the Seven Dragon Sovereigns' own abilities. That the Gnoses originally belonged to the Dragons, and the Primordial One took them from the Dragons to give them to the seven Archons.

We just know that they are very old and seem to know the true history of Teyvat's foundation. Apep said that there were dragon that have forgotten and live amongst humans... So, they could be taling about Neuvillette. (Maybe Zhongli, too. He is Mr. Contracts and the oldest living person we know of other than Apep.) Dvalin is the youngest dragon we know of. He is the Anemo dragon. He is not the Anemo Sovereign. The following could be spoilers? Elynas is an Abyssal Dragon, as is Durin. (Though, because their bodies were artificially formed, I wonder if they count as dragons?) We do not know if they count, but it seems to be safe to assume that they do NOT count towards the Elemental Dragon & Sovereign count.
The way he said this 1:55 , it’s like a feeling of alienation in which you feel like you belong here but also not. Water is the most calm and violent element. This water is where feels he will find the answer to his longing of an identity. Yet he doesn’t dare to plunge inside despite what he sees, parts of himself wherever he looks, but not quite the full picture, something’s still missing. Obviously it has to be the fact that he’s the sovereign of water, but that knowledge has to be sealed in order to keep the purity of his being and his status as a vessel, because humans have bee n shown to harbor great pride and entitlement when given powers this great. I’d wager the voice that’s echoing which seems to be the same as the one in the version trailer must also have told him to wield his powers only to protect humans from external as well as internal menaces,(his love of melusines might or might not be part of what he protects but he does so nonetheless), which as the Iudex, is perfect for this duty. He’s getting to watch over humanity while observing it to discover himself. In a way he’s like another nahida. Eternally curious with a strong sense of protection and duty and tendencies to self-sacrifice

After 5 archons, being an archon right now represents more about lacking something rather than being a powerful existence, Neuvilette ironically never looked like an archon to me because how he fit what would people think an archon would look like, but the other reason is that he feels too much like Zhongli, not character wise but just the impression, when every other archon is pretty different from the other even if sharing some similarities.
You can only go one level under your original world level. If your original world level is 6, then you can only go to level 5, and after being in level 5, you can only go back to 6. So if your're in 6 now, you can never go to level 4

Azhdaha on the other hand is heavily implied to be at least related to a sovereign as he's called older than Zhongli, is referred to as a dragon lord with a "crown" on his head, is referred to as among the oldest elemental lifeforms, and his erosion at least provides an explanation for why he might not be recognized as one. Both of these aren't confirmed at all though and could still go either way. Azhdaha could just be an old dragon that's not a sovereign or maybe a dragon that took the place of a sovereign while not being a sovereign himself. Elynas is not an elemental dragon, he's an abyssal one likely created by Rhinedottir much like Durin. He wouldn't even be one of the oldest characters we've met.
Yeah Dvalin is way too young but I think he could become a sovereign. There's also that old theory of venti placing his power inside dvalin if you remember that, and that could potentially be him returning the power taken from the dragon sovereign to Dvalin and making him effectively the new sovereign himself.
Azdaha WAS A ROCK he cant be a dragon sovergin zhongli/morax make him look like dragon while dvalin is far too young and he belongs to 4 winds what are much weakier than dragon soverign

There's no rule that the 4 winds are much weaker than dragon sovereigns nor that a dragon sovereign can't be one of the 4 winds. We do also know that the Dvalin we see now is apparently smaller in size than he was before, so presumably he is weaker than he was in the past. He talks in a way lower pitch in the teaser than in the archon quests so far, I’m pretty sure voice direction told Kamiya to do it that way so there’s a distinct difference between Neuvillette with his memories and Neuvillette who doesn’t quite know who he is and is essentially a lot younger. JP is known to do similar stuff, the biggest difference between Ei and the puppet is in JP as well

Ei was also presumed dead because Makoto had to kill her as order from Celestia to become the Electro Archon (but she secretley revived her in a way unknown to us)
