Today, I went to Bogwang-dong, Yongsan-gu.
I often went to Itaewon and Bogwang-dong from the 1990s. Back then, there was a lot of crime and it was a really dangerous neighborhood.
There were a lot of petty thieves in each neighborhood even in broad daylight, and there were more foreigners than now.
I also went to Burger King at the intersection, the site of the famous Itaewon murder.
Bogwang-dong, which I visited again, only the signs have changed a little.
The nostalgia and memories of old buildings and narrow, dirty alleys are still the same.
This place is more beautiful and sad because nothing has changed
It is Bogwang-dong that contains all the memories of my childhood.
