I can know why I had anxiety right after being habitual of someone and then that person started being distant, I developed anxiety in everything that I did alone... because all of those things maybe going out, movies that I did alone I started doing it with that particular person. aapne sahi kaha sahajta agar kisi insaan mein dhoondhne lago toh Ketu kharaab hota hai. Now am a lone wolf, I love my company but after this person started getting close, I didn't like being alone and craved for his company. Now again am back to being alone and enjoying my company and my anxiety has reduced drastically (yes medicines are also on) but I am better on my own than dependent on someone else.
