But whatever it is, better ki aap apne auto manual mein bataye huye speed pe hi gears change karo, agar bohot jyada waqt high gear aur low speed pe chalaoge, toh engine hawa pakad ke jam bhi hone ke chances hote hain.

@@CARMANIA4X4 Bhai its simple logic, with AC on you will always get a lesser mileage but using his technique, you will not waste so much fuel. Simple thing, lets say if your car yields 18kmpl without AC, using this technique you might get upto 21kmpl. With AC your car may give 14kmpl, but using this technique it might give it 18kmpl. These figures are hypothetical and not indicative.

Sambhav Budhiraja bro I wanted a hatchback hence I went with the Baleno. No doubt Dzire is a fantastic car, but the people in my house wanted rear seat legroom which the Baleno offers quite well, ever so slightly more than the Dzire.

For any manual car, petrol/diesel the best mileage you will get is when you drive your 1800 - 2000 rpm this is the sweet spot. For AT version 2500 rpm is the best spot. Try it out and you will feel the difference.

Indica DLS 2000 rpm PE 77-78 km/h PE chalti hai toh isme muzhe abhi 19-20 with ac milta hai... Ye think hai Kya ya kuch suggestions hai.
Does it apply to old cars as well ??? Because those cards doesn't have high end engine and digital miters as well. I have Indica xeta petrol, 2009 model, I am facing pick up and mileage issue.

First time I have seen a sensible video. And yes every point put forth by Harsh is true. I used to get 18kmpl in the city for 8 successive years for my Swift. And now, for XL6 I am getting 21kmpl (checked personally and by showroom's on-road 100km drive test in Pune city). Only thing I would say is, avoid over-pressure in tyres. It would make ride bumpy. And one or two psi higher is okay but then try to fill certified nitrogen so that it won't heat up tyres in longer drives
Bhai tell me something that it’s 1.2 liter engine. When 5 people weighing 70 kg n above sit then how’s the performance?? Dose car tend to become sluggish while pick up??

I have same car Baleno petrol .. i have done this alot of time by resetting it. This calculations are not accurate .. This just fools us. I check mileage by keeping tank full by Rs 2500. Current is 72rs in Chandigarh. With AC it gives 400 km approx and without it goes upto 500 km ... if i dont exceed 50-60 speed then it goes near 600 normally and 500 with ac ... But i m little rash driver so it gives me 400-500 km in full tank

If power steering you feel Slight tightness while turning . Baki Go to shop and get air pressure checked

Harsh,u spoke about gear to speed ratio . does it mean ..a cvt or amt will give better mileage than a manual coz the car itself decides the gear(on normal acceleration) and clutch usage is as such nil.

The key to achieving high fuel economy is to change gear over 2000rpm. But this really works. In my i10, I used to consume 6ltrs of petrol in 80kms but now I consume 6ltrs of petrol in 120kms. I had actually enhanced my driving only due to this video. Thanks a lot dear. You rectified the mistake which I was doing sonce 15 years. Had you met me that time, I would had saved a lot of fuel. I didn't care much earlier as I was driving Alto. But you really helped me.

I own a swift 2015 LXI optional. I wanted to know 2 things. 1- if the AC on and we use blower on 4 rather on 2 or 3, will it effect the mileage or there is no connection of AC fan speed with mileage. 2- should i install CNG in my car? What do u recommend?
Fan speed doesn't make any difference on mileage. AC has only two modes whether ON or OFF and this make the difference on the engine and thus on mileage. If AC is ON then it will have the same effect on mileage whether running on 1 or 4. Now don't ask that what will happen if AC is on and the blower is set to OFF (or 0).

Harsh U r right i have baleno diesel and when i fill full tank and then in initial moments it touches mileage of around 38 and then slowly comes down 26 to 28 and stays thr if speed maintained under 80 without changing frequent gears and even it touches 31

Much depends on how one drives. In Ciaz SHVS in highway drive my friend took out mileage of around 18 km/litre. You won't believe the same car I drove and got milega of 30-31 km/litre during my trip to Rajasthan
Hi sir I m having ciaz Zdi shvs diesel I get 24 kmpl ,it's good u r getting 30/31 kmpl ,the thing showing in display is 29/30 but according to fuel tank refueling I get 24kmpl.
@@praveenk7267 30-31 was the mileage I received in highway drive in Rajasthan where roads are good and traffic quite low. Otherwise your mileage is also decent and nothing to worry about it. Enjoy the drive. 👍

Bro I am really pissed off with my micra active. I get 500 rupees of petrol and then only 1 digital bar goes up and range comes 62kms. After driving for sometime like only 5-6 kms, that bar starts blinking and the range disappears and it makes it really difficult for me to see whether there is Petrol in the car or not. I have wrecked my car 3-4 times because of not checking if there is Petrol in my car or not. Bro please tell me a good solution. My average is 12km/l.

What ever you are talking is somewhat correct like dont raise too much but don't believe on the figures what it shows.. After resetting my car the computer has shown average of more than 30km/l.. And also after full tank it showed 534km range at 18.2km/l.. And after driving on highway for 250kms it showed 18.4km/l with the range of 580kms.. So I don't believe those figures.. It is not predicting actual or near to actual average..

Harsh if u are on highway and u drive like 40-50 km/hr then u need more time to cover a bigger distance and again car will take more fuel to cover the distance.
Again fuel consumption is same..in both cases
Use any gear any speed, but follow single thumb rule that you never go above 2400 rpm and below 1500 rpm. You will get the best mileage. If you follow this rule, then all rules mentioned in video will get implemented by itself.
