The information seems to differ from my book i.e. This video looks at the advantages & disadvantages of conformance versus performance specification, but my book initially looks at the advantages & disadvantages for scoping the spec such as pre-written or & shortcuts to spec. My books is from CIPS website but concern I have differing information

Indemnity clauses, Reasons for breach of contract, Remedies, liquidated damages, unliquidated damages, penalty clauses, Service level agreements, Standards, Model forms of contract, What makes a legally binding contract: Offer Acceptance, Consideration, Intention & Capacity. Invitation to Treat, Misrepresentation, Exclusion clauses, Quantum Meruit, specific performance, frustration of a contract. Documents that make up a contract, ITT, Spec, Terms, Method Statements, Price Schedule, NDA. The difference between expressed & implied terms. The difference between conditions and warranties. I hope this helps.
