It even says "parry" when you successfully parry. What more can you ask for. You want to parry when the enemies glow red. Something else I noticed is, if 2 attacks are coming at you, but the second attack is delayed, just dash the second one. Sometimes the second parry comes out too early when you're trying to double or triple parry, and it's best to just dodge the second attack if it's too far away. However, if 2 attacks hit you at the same exact time, a single parry will counter both attacks.
