Dear sir, Q index is given by both JCR and SJR right? A journal having SJR Q index 1 will be having JCR Q index 3, For example, Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets is having JCR Q index 3 and SJR Q index 1. so which Q index we should consider? SJR or JCR? Which is widely accepted?

I followed JCR, which is related to the impact factor. It is an older one widely followed by many authors. However, both SJR and JCR ranking is made based on the number of citations. The difference is how many years they are considering. You can follow JCR based. The Academic Performance indicator for university teacher recruitment, UGC, they are using the JCR impact factor.
