14:00 you could use bridges to bring water and ammo over the menders to achieve the three deep walls as shown. Very challenging under most conditions regardless. I prefer to use a double wall and then put two layers of turrets behind them (enemies can't damage my walls if they are dead). Thorium walls make for decent ablative armor and are 'cheap' to replace.
Challenge: only core unit, you can use walls and mender projects, threat medium - high (high - 35 waves, but not 45 waves) and maximum production of spore pods OR pyrotite

I have created many maps and i finally found one that i like a lot, and would like you to try it, it is 2h10 long tho, and the best I managed is about wave 20, out of 130. But since i'm not that good i'd like to see you try to do your best and show the attempt(s) in a video (if you like it ofc)! That could be a nice challenge idea !
And if you want a sector-based challenge : try to do a Extreme sector but with only ONE turret of each (you can put 0 duo ofc, but never twice the same turret in the sector) ! If you feel like it'd be impossible try hard sector, and then if it's easy enough you try it in extreme)
