My dog's favourite food puzzle is an empty Pringles container. I cut about three small holes around the sides. I fill it up with some of her daily food allowance and she has to roll it around to make the kibble come out of the holes. She loves it.
Love your videos! We use a muffin tray and put tennis balls in it. We hide our dog’s food/treats under the tennis balls. She has to move the balls around to get to the food.
Stop watching tv! But seriously, our pup used to bark or carry on whenever we were watching videos or talking on the phone. We removed her to another room when it was too disruptive, but what eventually worked best was just ignoring her until she got used to the sounds and settled down.
Use a utensil tray spread their food with tennis balls or other toys on top - they need to move the items and around the pattern (cheap to make - only 1 to 3 dollars)
We have a raised dog bed and on it is a lick mat so we can drop spoons of raw food onto it. We have a refillable silicone squeezy tubes designed as an ice lolly mould for a Callipo style ice lolly that we fill with his raw food and you can just squirt it and he can lick the end. We also fill a number of kong/toppl style toys & silicone ice cube trays with his daily food allowance and give him these throughout the day. It’s not perfect but works for us!
We put a few bits of Folly's food in a plastic milk bottle as a puzzle feeder. Although, to be honest, she chases it around the house and it makes one hellva noise!
Hi Linda! We have some amazing advice we would love to share with you, please send a quick email to ask@absolute-dog.com and I will get one of the team straight onto this for you
Thank you for the videos. I have spent thousands trying to help my 2 rescues. Alot of people look at the task and not behavior.my dogs could not learn due to fear, anxiety over excitement. They are really great loving dogs with lots of potential. Some tech were ok but they way you explain and give alternatives is inspiring. Your energy is also engaging. I am very big on understanding my dogs state as my top priority then adjust to there needs at that moment. I look forward to seeing more videos. I am so happy to her you are a behaviorist not just a trainer.thank you again for all that you do. I only hope that there will be less dogs in shelters
"Portable Disco" - I love it! :-D

Great idea! I've seen cupcake tins, but this is new and clever!
How can you do 60% of daily allowance to reward calmness when feeding raw?
Use a spoon or deliver spoon size raw meat on a small plate while being in the mat/ boundary
