Ram: 16GB ( 2×8gb 3200 mhz )

Your bottlenecking your gpu would recommend using a higher graphics which will give you more fps

I thought using the lowest graphics is always the best

@@exo.k. it's not in this case if you're using performance mode you're bottlenecking your GPU cause this mode is heavily cpu bounded meaning it will use less of your gpus power i mean look at your video it's only using 40% to 50% of its power if you use let's say dx12 on a low settings you would get like almost 300 fps

@@exo.k. just remember lowest setting doesn't equal the best fps, because lowest doesn't use the gpus at full capacity

@@exo.k. first of all that is a 13th gen intel processor meaning you're already bottlenecking your gpu cause it's a lowland rtx 3050 now here i would say maybe performance mode cause if you use dx12 then the gpu may bottleneck your CPU or use dx11 low with dlss on
