@@Not-Really. I have already watched the entire video. The target is passing your port side by a distance of about 0.3 nm. Only if vsl alters to stbd then only target will pass 1.5 nm stbd. When you alter to stnd target goes to port, when you alter to port target passes stbd of the vessel. Thats common sense.
@@Not-Really. This question is solved in subra radar plotting book page 229. The question says the master intends to alter the course to stbd. Whereas at 04:38 sir has said master intends to alter PORT. So the plotting in this video is wrong considering alteration to PORT side.
