I have never wanted anything so much in my life, to be this organized in my love of so many different crafts. From embroidery, hand quilting, to scrap booking with my granddaughter's and making cards and so much more that pops into my head and now adding jewelry making. I put my wife's together today. It was her "treat" we added to a large remodel, and she's been dying while waiting for the majority of the remodel to be finished so she can finally use it. Really well designed and constructed. They aren't kidding when they say it only take a couple of hours to do the major assembly (we won't cover the hours it took for the wife to decide on how to use the shelving!) I was working alone, as well, while my wife was at work so it would be ready for her when she got home--don't tell her it didn't take me all day. The video you link in the instruction manual was very helpful to watch and make sure things were going together as intended. Now...when are you making one for outdoorsman--section for fishing, for hunting, for sport shooting, for archery, etc. ;)

I am going to have to give up my craft room soon - a reality that most crafters would dread - but I am actually so excited as the workbox 3.0 will allow me to have my personal craft space (it's really like a portable craft room itself!) which can be closed when needed but still offers an amazing amount of storage and those clear bins are perfect for me! I really do like my ScrapBox except for the cloth bins/drawers. When I saw you now offer plastic bins I was excited to have that choice. Then I looked at the price...$399.00 REALLY??? I already spent about $2000 and you don't even offer a big discount for those of us who bought from you? At $200 that would still would be a lot of money, but I'd probably spend it. But at $400 I am just mad. I'm hoping to see someone come along and offer the same or similar product to give you competition and thus make you think twice about such a high price.

I agree. It's a really good product, BUT for the price I expect it to be fully assembled in the room it's to be used in. The fact that we pay THAT much for something and we still have to put it together? Someone will come up with something better.

I worked hard, saved as much money as i could. No money for a car so i cycle everywhere, so I do not have to buy public transport tickets(it is hard sometimes but good for the body). I managed it with part time job basic wage. (Ok i do not have children, but I also do not drink and smoke). I just want to say you do not have to be millionaire to buy a Dreambox. If u really want something you'll find a way.

I hear you. My stuff get thrown out and shoved every where and its hard to find, sometimes I feel I should never craft again , because Of this. I can't afford this organizer, but it could be an answer to my problems.
I would love one designed for an artist! I have tons of canvases, brushes, tubes of paint, sketchbooks, pencils, etc. and no good way to store it all neatly.

Instead of a magnetic board, I’d paint it with whiteboard. Maybe repeat on the other side for teaching, drawing ideas or make that side a blackboard. P.S. I hat scrapbooking... As a G.M. (Tabletop gamer), I’d use it for creating mini’s and working on the next game. There is book storage as well as a spot for a 3D printer! It’s all in how you look at it.

Are they still practical board? I can't imagine spending that much for particalboard furniture. Love the design but practical board just does not hold up over time.
We use CARB (California Air Resource Board) approved 3/4" manufactured wood. No added formaldehyde. Using manufactured wood with melamine finish is very important to prevent warping and any panel size changes . For the many shelves we use, the main structure needs to be exact to secure a tight fit. Humid weather and other weather changes won't affect the shape of our furniture, similar to modern kitchen cabinets. The melamine finish is very easy to clean! Use Windex and a soft cloth to wipe away dirt and finger prints. Our USA factory manufactures doors from real wood and the highly sought after Rigid Thermofoil (RTF).
I'm wondering how I can use this for my multimedia art. I don't scrap. I sculpt with clay, I paint with oil and acrylic, would be nice if it had room for large rolls of paper or places for canvases. If you made one designed for artist that somehow can also turn the small table into an easel... That thing would sell out!

I am going to be ordering one of these WorkBoxes in the future, but what is stopping me is that I never see ANYONE in these wonderful videos access the storage UNDER the work table. Does it swing away for easy access? Or do we have to crawl under the table to access the heavy items stored there???

You could add in the easel with the same method as the main table in the 3.0 and have side tables to put extra large supplies

Is there a version for wood working? I live in a small apartment and it would be great if I had something like this for all my power tools.
We don't have any thing specific for wood workers. Our DreamBox is very versatile to most hobbies.

You must have received a WorkBox 3.0 that uses our new cams and posts build, which is meant to be more customer friendly.
Is it constructed of particleboard or cabinet grade plywood? What is the thickness of the construction material? What is the finish?

I am going to be ordering one of these WorkBoxes in the future, but what is stopping me is that I never see ANYONE in these wonderful videos access the storage UNDER the work table. Does it swing away for easy access? Or do we have to crawl under the table to access the heavy items stored there???
There isn't an easy access to it. We generally suggest putting less used items under the desk because you have to crawl.

Interesting and something my husband wouldn't mind buying for me, but. I went on the Canadian site and both items are out of stock with no date of replenishment. Also there are about a dozen different windows to check, like accessories, parts, and storage, but all of them are empty so I have no idea why they are there and what they look like.
