Le mien ne marche pas . Il ne sort pas de vapeur. avant de le brancher j’ai mis de l’eau, je l’ai branché, j’ai appuyer sur le bouton rouge et j’ai appuyer sur l’autre bouton pour la vapeur il fait du bruit il chauffe mais il ne la vapeur ne sort pas j’ai attendu plus de cinq minutes ça ne marche pas je suis déçu de chez déçu est-ce que le trou pour la vapeur est bouché ?il est tout neuf c’est la première fois que je m’en sers

Anyone knows if this is useable in Singapore. I jz bought B&D steam mop frm amazon. D product voltage is 120v/60hz but in spore we are using 220v/50hz. I cant switch it on.
