Yep, Rev has an army at his disposal. We got to see it in the Uprising event I think. And yes Alter hops from dimensions to watch them become destroyed by Horizon. Time travel has catastrophic effects on the dimensions in Apex and Horizon is the constant who time travels in every dimension. Alter loves seeing destruction and seeing the unseen sides of people when they are faced with chaos so she’s gotten to the point of helping Horizons to get her destruction. Umm there is some text in one of the loading screens that say that The Syndicate or some sort of corporate entity is taking over the Apex Games and Silva Pharmaceuticals. Also, yes Conduit is slowly dying, but she likely still has many years, but the battery she came in contact with definitely tanked her life expectancy. It would be weird for her to just die while she is a character in an active videogame. That is the same reason that I know for sure that either Horizon is not going with Alter’s plan or somehow this is the dimension that doesn’t get destroyed by time travel. It’s also very unfair to suggest that a character’s story is more interesting than another’s when that is just your opinion. All this person is suggesting is that Octane as been pretty neglected when it comes to the building of his lore recently and Horizon has been the focus. I personally prefer Horizon for a multitude of reasons, but that doesn’t mean I want to gatekeep characters getting a story for the sake of more time for my character.
So basically Alter grew up an orphan then was raised an assassin, the people who trained her was going to stab her in the back so she turned rogue while discovering the ability to travel the Multiverse. During her escapades she lived in the wilderness, became a famous soccer player and became a martial arts master Now she has something to do with Horizon
Alter's bio mentions that one person brings some calamity in each world she's been to. My money is that it's Mary and Alter is attempting to bring a calamity to fruition through her work. While it would be interesting to see how it pans out, I'd like to see that this Mary defies what others have brought about in other worlds and, by extension, Alter's reaction.
I don't really know if we should trust Alter here...there's something she's not telling Horizon. Sure, Horizon may be able to go back to see her son again...but at what cost? A cost apparently only Alter knows. There's something hiding here, I know it.
If Horizon can be Asian and not Irish culturally and racially in Alter’s universe then possibly. Draws the line of at what point is too many differences a different character? I mean say if someone in a different universe is 100% genetically identical but what if in another they’re only 75%. Are they still you? Always thought about this. Very unlikely to be 100% genetically similar. This also doesn’t take into account the factors of our personal environment either.

She literally can’t leave because she’s a playable character in the game. They are going to devise a reason for her to stay and in all honesty they will probably put a pin on that for several seasons since they always end up dropping the lore. If you need proof look at revenant or Bangalore. Everytime they do stories where people need to leave they always find reasons for them to stay because at the end of the day their still in the game
