A hdb jumbo flat will give you a higher happiness index than a condo as it is bigger in space and maintenance is done by HDB, cheaper and gives you a peace of mind. Sacrificing this happiness index for a profit of 100 to 200k? I think it isn't worth it especially with a large family. I think you made a right choice.
