I am studying to be an RD and like your videos. I’m a vegan so I appreciated how you specifically talked about vegans and their needs. I worry about getting enough Ca intake myself so I drink Ca fortified oat milk and also Ca fortified OJ. I also started to eat natto, not to get Ca, but because as a vegan there are few to no sources of Vitamin K2 and I was concerned about Ca building up in my soft tissues instead of being put into my bones/teeth. I read K2 is important for that process. Natto is a very good source of K2 so that is why I now eat it daily. In any case, glad to see your videos. I am struggling just with the chemistry classes so you are far past that and onto your career. Very impressive!
