You can see tears in her eyes over clarke being upset with her. They have always protected each other and lexa even told all the grounders to listen and do what clarke says and said if anyone attacks clarke they are attacking her. She clearly has strong feeling for clarke straight away and is making the grounders see her as another leader. Her partner.
I love how Lexa can master her emotions. She loves Clarke but she doesn't overwhelm her. Lexa is the commander but she's a lover and knows when to speak gently to Clarke. 😊

Okay I love Bellarke with every fiber of my being and I'm praying they're end game but this kiss was hot! Clexa is a very steamy couple but I think it'll only be a temporary. And okay I knew Lexa had feelings for her but I never knew what to expect from Clarke's reaction but oh my god I didn't see that coming. (meaning the "not yet part")
I still think Bellarke is endgame. Clexa works really well though. They're kind of perfect together. It's a nice little distraction. Lexa is going to die though eventually. Her actress is a main character on the Walking Dead spinoff, I doubt she will be able to film both.
prct6768 I think it wouldn't be such an issue to have the actress play both roles at the same time. As far as I know, they're both filmed in the same city and neither have long seasons (the first two season of the spinoff is going to have 6 episodes each). The actress who plays Abby, Clarke's mom, has been in many episodes, as a guest, of Person of Interest (as the lovely Zoe Morgan), so I think it is possible if the actress wants to do it, there are no scheduling conflicts and the network allows it.

What they did was worse, they put politics in between them, in a downer of an episode not seen in TV since the Tower Plot Line in Revolution ended with a whimper with more twists and shocks setting up the next season. Seemingly the Ark People are on their own again, maybe even enemies of the Grounders again, severely divided, and still fighting the Mountain Faction. Plus they area adding The City Of Light as another scenario to be played out. The 100 is starting to look like Lost and Revolution before they were ended or cancelled respectively. NOT VERY WELL WORTH WATCHING for sure. .

It's the only way I could envisage Clarke and Lexa kissing for the first time. Lexa has literally put love and emotions down to weakness, as if she would go into a kiss (with the double meaning being that there could be more to life than everything she's ever been taught) with nothing but tenderness and vulnerability. A passionate kiss would mean that her feelings would have taken over and we all know that Lexa wouldn't let that happen easily. She's literally trusting Clarke with the part of herself that got her last love tortured and killed.

Clarke already knew about Lexa's girlfriend, who was killed by the Ice Queen. At that point, Clarke already knew she and Lexa had an attraction to one another. She just did not know, Lexa was going to kiss her at that moment. Clarke wanted the kiss as much as Lexa did. When they had the argument earlier in the day, Clarke kept starring at Lexa's lips. I think Clarke stopped the kiss, because she wanted to mourn Finn, a while before she gets into a relationship with Lexa. Clarke and Lexa have an undeniable chemistry. Yes, it would be nice, if everyone treated sexuality as normally as Clarke does.
Yeah someone posted that Clarke had more chemistry with Lexa in the 6 episodes she was in, then she has ever had with Bellamy. Some people want to forget, that Bellamy did not like Clarke in the beginning and almost let her fall to her death. Lexa fell in love with Clarke the moment she met her and always protected her.

We haven't had this episode here yet. I'm glad more and more shows are confident enough to bring in same sex couples. Years ago when they had it in shows (which weren't many) it did make me a little uncomfortable. But through time I've come to accept it and even started shipping a couple same sex couples. I know there's still a long way to go for them to be completely accepted. But I'm glad to see we have moved on somewhat as a society and started accepting people for who they are.

I am all for you being a Bellarke shipper, but my issue is with your latter comment. Why should every show not include same gender relationships? Society no longer comprises of the traditional male-female relationships - every street you walk down has at least a handful of people who are LGBT, closeted or not, and that figure rises daily. "The 100" is set in the future, and as such, needs to reflect relevant current or projected trends in society, and the rise and continuation of same gender relationships is certainly one of them, so in fact, I would think that a television series set in the present or future not having at least one same gender relationship to be exceedingly strange.

Clarke does not seem like the type of girl, who would just wait around hoping Bellamy would one day, develop romantic feeling for her. I just never thought of them as a couple. They are better as platonic friends.

I will go down with this ship. I mean guys really, don't imagine Lexa dying in S3 and Clarke holding her. Clarke telling Lexa to wake up soon because she's going to miss the feast after defeating the Ice Nation. Clarke brushing off the blood from Lexa's wound like it was just a scratch, holding her and telling her that everything's going to be ok. Raven, Octavia, etc. will look at Clarke with sadness and Clarke look up and says "Lexa's fine and there's no need to worry." Octavia trying to say that she's gone but Raven cuts her off and says "Yeah, you should let her sleep though, she had a tough battle." Clarke nodding in understanding as she asks for help carrying Lexa out of the battlefield. Abby seeing Clarke holding Lexa's hand and hearing her tell Lexa stories about the Ark and how space was so beautiful but not as beautiful as the ground. Abby calling out to Clarke and Clarke turns around with glassy eyes trying not to cry and when she see's her mom she breaks down into a sob like everything that happened crash landed in her mind and says "I can't do this without her mom, I can't." Abby rushing beside Clarke to envelop her into a hug while Clarke is still sobbing and holding on to Lexa's hand and DON'T IMAGINE ANYTHING GUYS ALL RIGHT!? /ugly crying

Lexas eyes are so expressive and was a dead giveaway that she cared for Clarke since the beginning and Clarke loved Lexa early on as well. I mean she said "not YET" meaning she wanted to be with her just not so soon after she killed her first love.
Clarke was completely intrigued with this strong woman leader ( Lexa) when they first met that she knew they might have sparks later...the way Clarke came back when Lexa told her off for killing 300 of her warriors was a dead giveaway that they respected their positions leading to a fair equitable "partnership." So, not surprising what happened later however killing off Lexa in such a fashion...ugh
Killing Lexa was like killing this show. She was my favourite character. I loved the chemistry between her and Clarke. You horrible, horrible, heartless bastards! My favourite thing about Lexa is how soft her voice is. Like she goes on and takes down everyone and it's merciless and kills people but as soon as she speaks, even if she's still talking about death, it sounds so delicate. And I find that hilarious.

It is called excellent acting, she used her voice so well and her eyes...unblinking and tracking Clarke was amazing...takes lot of control to be that subtle. They both have acted since childhood in Australia and the Ozzies are a lot more subtle than the NA actors...thank god.

Okay I love Bellarke with every fiber of my being and I'm praying they're end game but this kiss was hot! Clexa is a very steamy couple but I think it'll only be a temporary. And okay I knew Lexa had feelings for her but I never knew what to expect from Clarke's reaction but oh my god I didn't see that coming. (meaning the "not yet part")
I still think Bellarke is endgame. Clexa works really well though. They're kind of perfect together. It's a nice little distraction. Lexa is going to die though eventually. Her actress is a main character on the Walking Dead spinoff, I doubt she will be able to film both.
prct6768 I think it wouldn't be such an issue to have the actress play both roles at the same time. As far as I know, they're both filmed in the same city and neither have long seasons (the first two season of the spinoff is going to have 6 episodes each).
The actress who plays Abby, Clarke's mom, has been in many episodes, as a guest, of Person of Interest (as the lovely Zoe Morgan), so I think it is possible if the actress wants to do it, there are no scheduling conflicts and the network allows it.
+prct6768 Jason literally pushed the show back to air on March 2016 instead of October 2015 not only so more people could see the show during the hiatus but so Lexa could come back, so I doubt he'll ever kill her off because he adores Lexa and Clexa. I know bellarke will be endgame though.

What they did was worse, they put politics in between them, in a downer of an episode not seen in TV since the Tower Plot Line in Revolution ended with a whimper with more twists and shocks setting up the next season. Seemingly the Ark People are on their own again, maybe even enemies of the Grounders again, severely divided, and still fighting the Mountain Faction. Plus they area adding The City Of Light as another scenario to be played out. The 100 is starting to look like Lost and Revolution before they were ended or cancelled respectively. NOT VERY WELL WORTH WATCHING for sure. .

It's the only way I could envisage Clarke and Lexa kissing for the first time. Lexa has literally put love and emotions down to weakness, as if she would go into a kiss (with the double meaning being that there could be more to life than everything she's ever been taught) with nothing but tenderness and vulnerability. A passionate kiss would mean that her feelings would have taken over and we all know that Lexa wouldn't let that happen easily. We haven't had this episode here yet. I'm glad more and more shows are confident enough to bring in same sex couples. Years ago when they had it in shows (which weren't many) it did make me a little uncomfortable. But through time I've come to accept it and even started shipping a couple same sex couples. I am all for you being a Bellarke shipper, but my issue is with your latter comment. Why should every show not include same gender relationships? Society no longer comprises of the traditional male-female relationships - every street you walk down has at least a handful of people who are LGBT, closeted or not, and that figure rises daily. "The 100" is set in the future, and as such, needs to reflect relevant current or projected trends in society, and the rise and continuation of same gender relationships is certainly one of them, so in fact, I would think that a television series set in the present or future not having at least one same gender relationship to be exceedingly strange.

Clarke brushing off the blood from Lexa's wound like it was just a scratch, holding her and telling her that everything's going to be ok.
Raven, Octavia, etc. will look at Clarke with sadness and Clarke look up and says "Lexa's fine and there's no need to worry."
Octavia trying to say that she's gone but Raven cuts her off and says "Yeah, you should let her sleep though, she had a tough battle."
Clarke nodding in understanding as she asks for help carrying Lexa out of the battlefield.
Abby seeing Clarke holding Lexa's hand and hearing her tell Lexa stories about the Ark and how space was so beautiful but not as beautiful as the ground.
Abby calling out to Clarke and Clarke turns around with glassy eyes trying not to cry and when she see's her mom she breaks down into a sob like everything that happened crash landed in her mind and says "I can't do this without her mom, I can't."
Abby rushing beside Clarke to envelop her into a hug while Clarke is still sobbing and holding on to Lexa's hand and DON'T IMAGINE ANYTHING GUYS ALL RIGHT!?

Their chemistry was off the charts the moment they were on screen together. Lexas eyes are so expressive and was a dead giveaway that she cared for Clarke since the beginning and Clarke loved Lexa early on as well. I mean she said "not YET" meaning she wanted to be with her just not so soon after she killed her first love.
Clarke was completely intrigued with this strong woman leader ( Lexa) when they first met that she knew they might have sparks later...the way Clarke came back when Lexa told her off for killing 300 of her warriors was a dead giveaway that they respected their positions leading to a fair equitable "partnership." So, not surprising what happened later however killing off Lexa in such a fashion...ugh
That moment before that guy yells "The Signal" where Clarke smiles and like leans in but here's the guy outside and stops uhhh my hearttt
Killing Lexa was like killing this show. She was my favourite character. I loved the chemistry between her and Clarke. You horrible, horrible, heartless bastards! I never hated a show or a movie for killing a character so much! Now that she's gone, I will stop watching this show.

My favourite thing about Lexa is how soft her voice is. Like she goes on and takes down everyone and it's merciless and kills people but as soon as she speaks, even if she's still talking about death, it sounds so delicate. And I find that hilarious.

It is called excellent acting, she used her voice so well and her eyes...unblinking and tracking Clarke was amazing...takes lot of control to be that subtle. They both have acted since childhood in Australia and the Ozzies are a lot more subtle than the NA actors...thank god.
Even though I'm still shocked, I saw it coming a little bit. Maybe because I hoped for it after lexa told Clark about her ex that got killed. But I didn't think they would follow through with it. Damn I love The 100 even more now lol.
and after 3 years I still feel the same emotions as the first time I saw this first kiss of CLEXA....
