@@ChipsNCellos It might be me, but if "ComposeMan" was a Mega Man fangame that doesn't use any Mega Man characters, Mozart would've been the title hero (because Mega Man is actually a kid, so the wardrobe is fine, I just think he should have Rock's face instead of Ice Man's), and Edvard Grieg would play the Main Villain (because of his most famous composition being "In the Hall of the Mountain King", not to mention, the artist drawing "Grieg Man" made him look very similar to Dr. Wily).
I can see Beethoven fortress 3 in my mind. It starts with a dark empty hallway that is occasionally lit up by lightning through cracked and broken windows to reveal that the interior looks like an abandoned mansion with peeling wallpaper and broken furniture and torn tapestries hanging on the walls. As you progress candles light up on the walls as you approach them. There are no enemies except for the occasional batton that swoops down from the ceiling. Then you eventually reach a boss gate that opens into a room much like the previous hallway but lit by a chandelier. There, you face the first robot master rematch and the stage continues on to another dark hall that leads to a second rematch. This is followed by a staircase that takes you up a floor and repeats this layout in reverse. This continues until you reach the top floor which opens up into a grand ballroom with a huge pipe organ in the background where Beethoven man Has been playing Moonlight Sonata. He stands up, looks at MegaMan, raises an arm in a commanding motion and the organ comes crashing down around him before the parts recombine to become the Wily Machine Symphonic and the final battle begins.
If someone played this for me a week before I knew about this channel and told me it was the OST of some obscure Rockman game that was only released in Japan, I would have totally believed them. It sounds, and more importantly _feels,_ so much like an official Capcom OST that I wouldn't have doubted for a second that it came from a Famicom Rockman game. I wish I knew how to romhack so I could make a Composeman hack of one of the old Rockman/Mega Man games so we could all experience this astounding music in a proper setting.
